We rushed to the hospital, raced inside her room. I sighed when everything was calm there, it was like a big rock was pulled out from my chest enabling me to breath.

"Akala ko.." I can't properly breath, catching for some air.

"She's fine." Her nurse answered for me.

She was sleeping, with all the new tubes attached to her.

"The doctor managed to arrive before anything bad could have happened." The nurse was very much attached to her as well. They've been together for some time now.

"Anong nangyari?" Elias helped me calm down, he made me sit sa may couch. He sat beside me.

"Her blood had difficulty going up her brain, caused an electric like abnormality as it stopped the connection between her brain and her nervous system. Pero naagapan naman." She explained.

"Will she be fine?" I asked, still worried about her.

"Yes, but if it happens for two more times..I think we need to check her even more this time. It may be because of her atrial septal defect also known as ASD that she currently has." She said before excusing herself.

Nilapitan ko si Keisha, she was sleeping peacefully.

"Akala ko..she purposely made herself stop breathing." I chuckled.

"What? Keisha can't do that." Elias tried to make the atmosphere light.

"She said, if ever they'll need her to undergo surgery..she'll not fight it anymore, pagod na raw siya." I sighed heavily which made Elias swallow hard.

He couldn't utter, the same reaction I had last night.

"She's lying, she still wants to do things. Don't worry, malakas 'yan." He tried to cheer me up.

I smiled at him, it was a little bit fake. We heard his button ring, he was being called kaya iniwan na niya muna kami. I was so tired, I was tipsy, I wanted to sleep.

Sinubukan kong pigilan but the alcohol in my body was tempting me anyways. I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't manage anymore.

Nakatulog nga ako, it felt so nice being asleep again. It felt very relaxing.

I woke up to the coldness I felt, I had no blankets and pillows to keep me comfortable. The sofa was enough for me though.

"12 am.." I read the time aloud, hindi ako makatulog ng maayos.

I laid down again, hoping I'd have enough rest. But just before I could close my eyes, Keisha was having another seizure. She was moving frantically.
