Hold onto me (A Richummer story)

"I wish we could tell the story, like a star crashing from the sky," I love this song. It's basically The Next Steps story. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks since we won regionals, and everyone's just been taking recreational and convention classes but finally a-troupe is training altogether again. Noah left, but we still haven't removed him off the team group chat. He'll forever be in our hearts. Kenzie also left after regionals; her father unfortunately died from a heart attack and her and her mum are moving to New York, just for a change of scenery. We still keep in contact though, her jokes and burns still crack everyone up.

Jackie tumbles right in and just does flip after flip after flip. I can definitely see her and Richelle competing for dance captain this year. I don't know how Richelle would feel about succeeding her boyfriend, but what can I say - whatever the dancezilla wants the dancezilla gets!? I see Pinn do a few lifts, their now the new Jiley. I hope there's no romance drama like last year, but knowing TNS, it'll be a miracle to go half a season without any.

I look over at Michelle in the office. After regionals, the team, along with Emily, Michelle and Kate went to a victory dinner. That's when we said our final goodbyes to Kenzie and Noah, but Emily proposed an offer to buy the studio with Michelle. I still remember the exact conversation:

"So, Miss Kate, me and Michelle have an offer. To buy the studio. I know you already have a buyer, but you can't say know to such a dynamic duo and pl-."

That was when Michelle interrupted. "I'm sorry guys, I should have done this sooner, but I need to tell you something. I've also been given an offer. To go on a world tour, the same one Amanda and Giselle went on. I love working with you guys, and I love The Next Step, but what I love more, is dance. So, I've decided, that I'm gonna agree to this offer, and finally be the professional dancer I've always wanted to be." 

After that speech, everyone started clapping, one by one. Since that conversation at regionals, I'd been preparing myself for Michelle to leave, and I know that it's the right thing for her to do.

"That's great Michelle, and I'll get Mr, umm, what was his name, Nick Dobson to send be the final check and then I can introduce home to you, Emily." Kate said, smiling.

Everyone laughed and continued eating, smiling and hugging and having a laugh. However, then there was Emily, who looked like her heart was about to break in half. I've never seen her run the studio without Michelle, and I hope she'll be alright...
