Chapter 1: The New Girl

(The sound of flickies chirping and the gentle summer breeze blowing through the many trees outside near a pink and white two story house, sits at the top of a hill, surrounded by thick forest and is home to a pink hedgehog who begins to wake from her restful sleep. Her emerald green eyes fluter open and gaze out to a window across the bedroom. The morning sun shines through partly closed pale pink curtains. She let's out a yawn before stretching then turning over on her right side and reaching out an outstretched hand. Her hand lightly brushing the smooth surface of an oak wood dresser, desperately searching for whatever it's feeling for. She finds her phone before bringing it to her face. Her eyes widen as she quickly gets ready for work)

Amy: "AAAAAH!! I can't believe I slept through the alarm!" She says to herself as she enters the shower and proceeds to bathe. "And it's my first day of work. Way to make a first impression, Amy!" She says to herself.

(A couple of hours of road raging through traffic later...)

Amy: "Ah, finaly made it! and with moments to spare." She says as she takes in a sigh of relief.

(She doesn't even get through the door when she crashes into someone. Papers fly in each direction.)

Amy: "I'm so sorry about that!" She says in a panicked voice to the guy she foot ball tackled.

(Their faces becomes flushed when their eyes meet. She apologizes again as she shyly offers a hand to him. He smiles at her and takes her hand. When their hands touch their hearts skip a beat and time seems to have stopped, leaving them staring blankly into each other's eyes. After a while has passed the blue hedgehog waves his free hand infront of her face.)

Sonic: "Excuse me miss, I was wandering if i could have my hand back?" He asks as a chuckle escapes his lips.

Amy: "Oh! I, um... I'm so sorry!" She says snapping back to reality. feeling embarassed she helps him up and frantically begins collecting the papers spread out on the ground. "Please excuse me." She says as she bows and then turns to leave.

(Sonic watches her until she disappears around a corner. A pair of gloved hands drape around him, snapping him out of his trance like state. Giggling can then be heard behind him.)

Lila: "Hello there blue." She says in a flirtatious tone, intentionally pressing her massive breasts against his back.

(Surprised sonic blushes a deep shade of red and looks to find a blonde hedgehog girl smiling up at him, her aqua Marine eyes sparkling. She had her long wavy hair put into a pony tail, and she wore a tight office dress)

Sonic: "This is unprofessional. You sh-shouldn't do this at the work place. Besides, we're not even dating." He stutters while trying to compose himself.

(She removes her arms from his neck and he moves away to make space between them. He clears his throat and looks away from her to hide his flushed face. satisfied by his reaction she smiles to herself.)

Lila: "Aww, why do you have to be like that twords me?" She pouts playfully.

(She looks down and notices a single piece of paper with a pink hedgehog girl on it and picks it up.)

Lila: "Hmm... application Huh?" she smirks.

(She was about to say Amy's name when sonic snatches the paper out of her hands.)

Sonic: "You should know better than to Snoop, Lila." He says before leaving to return the paper to it's rightful owner.

Lila: "Huh? Me? Snoop? I'd never do such a thing." She says pretending to be hurt by his words.
