Jihoon was occupied in doing his exercise routine of Pilates in the living room space of the apartment. Hyunsuk was sitting on the couch, scrolling through his phone.
"So, Yedam is actually working on a song, and he plans to sing it on the monthly evaluation." Hyunsuk rambled, not taking his eyes off his phone. "I'm also working on making a song myself. Oh, I also ordered some takeout for us. So no need to be the housewife for tonight." Hyunsuk said to Jihoon.
Jihoon laughed as he got up and stretched his aching body.
The telephone suddenly started ringing, and Hyunsuk went up to immediately pick it up. He believed it was finally the takeout he ordered since he wasn't expecting any call from anyone else.
"Oh, thank God. I'm starving." Hyunsuk said. "Hello, apartment T12. This is Choi Hyunsuk speaking." He answered, then there was a silent pause for a while. "Uh, Junkyu?" he questioned out loud and looked at Jihoon.
Jihoon's eyes widened at the mention of the familiar name. He quickly went over to take the phone call.
"Hello?" Jihoon said.
"Jihoon?" Junkyu was on the other line.
"Hey, Junkyu. Why are you calling?" Jihoon asked looking surprised.
"Um, I'm sorry to bother you. Am I calling at a bad time?" Junkyu sounded sheepish.
"No, no. Not at all. How are you?" Jihoon replied.
"I've been thinking about what you said about the cat, and I was wondering if you could come... it might not be such a bad idea after all." Junkyu said, sounding nervous.
"Oh, that. Yeah, sure. I can come and help you. When do you want to go?" Jihoon asked.
When Hyunsuk heard that, his eyes widened in question towards Jihoon, but the younger ignored him.
"Saturday morning, is 10am fine?" Junkyu said.
"Okay, I don't have any classes on Saturday. See you then." Jihoon said.
"Thank you, Jihoon. Bye." Junkyu sounded happy.
"Yeah, bye." The call ended, and he put the phone away.
"Am I getting tired from all the training, or did you just agree to help this Junkyu, a stranger, to go cat shopping?" Hyunsuk put out, crossing his arms.
"I know." Jihoon smiled and went back to doing Pilates. He didn't verbalise it, but he actually felt excited.
"The city is gonna eat you alive." Hyunsuk added jokingly, though he did seem worried.
Jihoon just smiled and said nothing more, not wanting to argue about the topic with his hyung.

On Saturday morning, Jihoon and Junkyu went to the animal shelter where cats and dogs were kept.
The two, Junkyu and Jihoon, were walking down a long hallway with cages filled with cats inside. A worker there was walking along with them.
"So, what should I pick?" Junkyu looked nervous and unsure, but he was also smiling which showed he was also excited.
"Maybe one that looks like your previous cat? Or maybe you'd like to try a new breed instead?" Jihoon suggested.
"I think I'd like...oh! This one looks like a panda!" Junkyu pointed out. He walked over to a cage where the supposed panda looking cat was.
Jihoon came over to look. He saw the cat with two imperfect black circles on its fur coat around both its eyes. It meowed at them, looking straight at him with its green and rounded slit eyes.
