In which her bow breaks so you get her a new one

Y/N pov:

I'm awoken to the sound of someone calling my name, opening my eyes but quickly wincing from the brightness of the sun. Sitting up, I adjust to my surroundings recognizing who is still shaking me and calling my name even though i'm awake already. "Wha- what's wrong Katie?" I question now seeing tears running down her rosy cheeks.

"I- well- I was practicing my archery, and m-my bow snapped in half." She says through her blue teary eyes leaning her head on my shoulder. I lean my head on top of hers rubbing my hand in a circular motion on her upper back trying to calm her down while also trying to think of a plan.

"Well how about i make you breakfast. To cheer you up?"

"Really?"

Time Skip

I walk into our house with grocery bags in both hands making kate look at me with confusion. "I didn't know you were going grocery shopping today i would've came with you darling." She states standing up from her position on the couch and quickly coming over to give me a hug and a peck on the lips. "Oh I didn't i just wanted to get a few things. I'm building something" I say kissing her four head.

"Okay well don't work too hard in there i would say dinner will be done soon but i don't know how to cook so do you want me to get us some taco bell or something" she asks smiling while leaning on the back of the couch. "Yeah, yeah that would be great thank you, darling

Time Skip

I put the finishing touches on the bow, wiping the purple paint onto my shirt while also admiring the finished product. Though i get interrupted by a bang on the front door, furrowing my brows, i walk out of my office going and opening the front door. "Hey baby sorry i took so long, the traffic was insane like always." She says breathing heavily due to all of the things in her hands.

"Well it is New York" I smile at her helping her inside the house. I clear my throat " anyway, follow me i made something for you." I state, leading her upstairs to my office opening the door. She gasps at the brand new bow.

"I know you were a wreck over your broken bow, so i made you a new one, a better one." I say smiling at her reaction. She turns to me, her mouth agape pulling me into the warmest hug smiling while closing her eyes.

"I love you so much, thank you"

" i love you more"
