Heirs Of The Egg: A Dream SMP AU.

"The Egg... it HATCHED?!"

Techno stared at the Egg as the creature rose out of it.

"SO IT WAS A DRAGON THIS WHOLE TIME?" Bad yelled, running over to it.

"Yes, yes I was." The dragon answered.

"Well, we can't call you Egg anymore, so what's your name?" Dream asked.

"Drakul's my name." The dragon replied.

"That's one badass name!" Sapnap laughed.

"A badass name for a badass dragon." Dream smiled.

"Yep, that's for sure." Foolish laughed.

"Now Techno, why don't you leave the Syndicate for the Eggpire?" Drakul asked him.

"No Drakul. I'm not going to join you. I'm an anarchist. That would go against it." Techno growled, beginning to walk out of the room.

"Techno, join us. For your little brother. Please?" Tommy pleaded.

"No Tommy. I will find a way to get you all to come to your senses. "Drakul" just wants to use you." Techno growled again.

"Now, Techno, why would you think that? We're living a happier life here than you ever would out there. So come on. Join us." Bad urged.

Techno ran out of the Eggpire's residence. He could hear the voices urging him to join them, as they knew he'd get plenty of blood that way. He had to run so that they wouldn't take over and make him join.

Bad and Skeppy were hard on his tail. He'd have to run a while to get away from them. He ran straight to Eret's castle, where they stopped following him. He knew they'd stop, as they didn’t want to be caught.

I need to talk to Phil. Techno thought. He went to the Syndicate's residence, where he found Phil talking to the others.

"Phil! The Eggpire is growing and the Egg is a dragon now!" Techno said, worried, although the worry didn't come through his voice as it was monotone.

"What-?" Phil turned to him, confused.

"They turned Tommy, Ranboo, Tubbo, and even Michael!" Techno explained.

"What in the name of the Syndicate??" Phil growled. "They turned my boys against the Syndicate?"

"Yes. I don't know what was promised to them, all I know is that they kidnapped them and turned them." Techno confirmed. "They even killed one of my dogs."

"Well I know they killed one of your dogs but Tommy and Tubbo would've never turned..." Phil murmured. "I need to know what was promised."

"Well Tommy was probably ruling something." Techno suggested. "They probably just overwhelmed Ranboo."

"Then what was promis- I know what they did to turn Tubbo..." Phil growled. "They threatened Michael's life. That's the only way he would've turned."

"Those little idiots... using their weaknesses against them." Techno snorted. "Pathetic."

"It's a very smart tactic... but they all know their weaknesses. How did they fall for it?" Phil said. "Tommy always says that knowing your weakness is your greatest strength. Why did he turn then?"

"He wants to prove us wrong. We've always told him he'd never be a ruler... doing this proves us wrong." Techno murmured, feeling complete regret. He should've never told Tommy that.

"That was a terrible choice." Phil shook his head. "We shouldn’t have doubted him."

"Now he's evil because of it." Techno agreed. "But I think I know how to stop them."

"How are we going to do that?" Phil asked.

"Kill Drakul, the dragon that was the Egg. We kill him, he loses control of everyone, and the SMP is safe again." Techno explained.

"Yes, but that's easier said than done." Phil pointed out. "They'd kill us before we even got close enough. If they didn’t, Drakul would."

"Fair enough." Techno realized. "If we train... then they won't be so able to kill us."

"True. But, that's a lot of training. Are you sure we can do it in time to stop them?" Phil asked.

"Oh yes. There are plenty of easy ways to train. The ender dragon, for example." Techno answered with a chuckle.
