Alice and I walked down to school the next day talking.

"Our school is amazing, you'll love it." Alice told me.

"Cool. So I heard the school's symbol is a broom? That's funny." I laughed. Alice acted like that was obvious.

"Yeah that would make sense."

"Why?"

"You know..." She pointed to her shirt. The uniform we have to wear has a broom and the name of the school on it. But that was the first time I saw it.

CHARLES JUNSTIM WIZARD ACADEMY. WIZARD ACADEMY. oh great.

"Uh yeah! I knew that! Go wizards!" I shouted weakly.

"Shhhh! No one's supposed to know that!" Alice answered.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Cause' wizards aren't popular in AMERICA! "

"Oh sorry. Forgot." We continued to walk as the bus pulled up. We hopped on without saying a word. Alice lowered her voice.

"Samantha, you knew we were going to this school, right?" Alice whispered.

"Well, I never was a wizard before. I use to go to a normal elementary school." I answered.

"Oh geez." Alice sighed. "Okay. I'll help you get through the first day. I'm new to this switching class thing too."

As we arrived at the school, I saw that it looked no different than any other school. I see why they did that. The bell rang as everyone, including Alice and I, ran into the front doors.

"Okay, so at the beginning of every new year, we test for our powers. Because we are starting a new school, I will probably get a new power. We will take a quiz about ourselves." Alice told me.

"Okay, that sounds cool." I answered as we walked into a giant classroom with computers.

"Grab a chair and pick a computer!" A teacher with a robe on called out to all of the students. Alice and I sat down at a desk. "Go ahead and press start!!"

Alice and I started, silent.
