I didn't hear my phone, but Seth did. 'Did I just heard your phone buzz?', he asked me.' I don't now..', I responded. I walked to my phone and looked at the screen. I had 10 missed calls and 5 missed messages. 'O crap, they were all from my mother, I think she is looking for me', I said to Seth. ' What is the time?', he asked. 'It is seven o'clock', I answered. 'I think I must go', he said. 'Yeah...me too'. 'Hey, when do we see each other again?. 'I don't know, I think soon if my mother isn't to angry at me'. He smiled. 'Why are you smiling?', I asked. 'Because I can't wait to see you again', he answered. I blushed. 'Oh, thanks...? I guess?', I said. We both crawled though the rock wall again. We said goodbye to each other and went our own way home.
When I came home my mother stood in the livingroom. 'Hey....how was your day?' I said, trying to not let her know that I knew I was late. 'Oh...it couldn't been better!', she said angry. 'So.....what did you do today?', I asked.'Hmm...let me think...I WAS SEARCING FOR YOU THE WHOLE DAY! , IN THE WOODS, THE SHOPS, THE BEACH AND EVEN AT SCHOOL! ', she screamed. 'I am sorry...'. 'Go to your room! I don't want to see you tonight!', she screamed. I nodded and walked to my room , I slammed the door behind me. 'You're grounded!', my mother screamed. I couldn't care less. I could sneak out of my window if I wanted. I laid down on my bed, thinking of Seth. He was so nice of me all day. Because he imprinted on you. I smiled at the thought of that. My stomach growled, because I only had a late breakfast today. I walked to my closet and pulled of a secret shelf. I had a little food storage there and I was lucky I did a refill earlier this week. I grabbed some food and ate it, while I was eating I though a bit more of Seth. Would he be in a large pack and did he had a huge position in it or not? I mean he was very musculair, but not too much like some alpha and beta wolfs do. Then I heard someone walking on the stairs and towards my room. I threw my food under my bed and sat down at my desk, trying to look like I was making my homework all the time. My stepfather walked into my room and sat down next to me. Nice, what does he want again. 'I heard you were home too late', he said. 'Yes, I was out with some friends', I said, trying to be so polite as possible. He laughed. 'So you do have friends!'. I tightened my jaw. He is such a jerk. 'It's good that you're making homework, because you will do that and a few chores everyday since you are grounded', he said. 'Well, as long as it isn't washing your car, cleaning your kids room or some other shit in this house I'll be fine', I said with a little anger in my tone. 'Oh Zoë, you are so lucky your mother loves you too much, otherwise you would have been kicked out of this house weeks ago', he said threating. I choose to ignore him. 'I know you're grounded, but since I don't like you're attitude you will be grounded for 3 months', he said and then walked away. Son of a bitch..
