The door opened a crack. "Kenma?" Shoyo's voice filtered in. Kenma rubbed at his eyes.

"Yeah?" he muttered.

"Oh, you're awake!" Shoyo pushed the door open flipping the light on. "Kuroo made dinner." The orange haired tester cried. Groggily, Kenma sat up.

"What time is it?" He asked.

"Just after six." Kuroo's deep voice spoke up. Kenma blinked as the dark head appeared over Shoyo's.

"In the morning?" Kenma was still a little sleep hung over.

"No, at night." Kuroo came up to the bed. He flipped the blankets back. "Come on, dinner is cooking you have thirty minutes to shower." He pulled Kenma from the bed. The two toned haired male glanced down at himself.

"How did I get here? Akaashi? I did hire him right?" he asked.

"I carried you up here when you fell asleep in your office, again." Kuroo grinned at him. "And yes you hired Akaashi. He is all set to start on Monday." Kuroo confirmed.

"Good, Bokuto will be happy. Might actually start showing up to work!" Kenma snorted.

"Well, he is a photographer that's why you send him out on assignments." Shoyo said.

"Have you seen his artwork? The dude has an amazing eye. The things he thinks up to draw and paint. It's out of this world." Kuroo gushed. Kenma hunched his shoulder. So. Kuroo, if he was into guys, appeared to like Bokuto too.

Why should that shock him? Kenma thought. It's not like a hot jock type like Kuroo would like some small child like nerd. Kenma was the smallest person in his company. He hadn't grown a centimeter since he was about twelve. His entire family was short. Even the ones who married into it. It was like some midget convention, but none of them were actually midgets. Kenma sighed. He shuffled into the bathroom. Stripping off the clothes he slept in, he left them in the floor. Kuroo would pick them up before he left. He turned the shower on. Sometimes, he wished he could be normal.

His parents would like him more if he liked girls, for one. They knew he was gay and kicked him out of the house once he turned eighteen. They still talked to him and treated him the same, but he just wasn't allowed to live with them. Weird, right. Then there was the whole, not going to college to be a doctor thing. Again, nearly everyone in his family had a doctorate in something. Kenma just went to business school. Not that he really needed too, he knew how to run his business. It was the laws and stuff for having employees that he needed to learn.

Unlike the people he was related to, Kenma had always liked tall guys. He felt protected by them. He snorted to himself. He didn't need their protection, he just liked feeling like they cared and could protect him. He sighed, turning the water off once he washed himself. Getting out he brushed his hair, teeth and put on deodorant. Maybe that's why Kuroo could never like him, he knew Kenma was a filthy slob.

Kenma pulled on the tee shirt and shorts he brought in with him. He picked up his phone as he walked out. He had a text and missed call from one of his other testers. He read the text first.

"Um, hey, boss, I'm going to be moving back to town, is there a way I can start working from the main office?" Kageyama asked. Kenma snorted. Shoyo wasn't going to like that. These two fought all the time online. The office was going to be like a war zone. Kenma smirked, call him crazy, but he liked the idea. He was listening to the voice message as he walked into the kitchen. It was basically the same message but with more um's, uh's and other start and stops. Kenma giggled.

"What is it?" Kuroo asked. Kenma was typing asking Kageyama when he was going to start at the office. And that of course he could work from there.

"Shoyo, Kageyama is going to start working from the office." Kenma stated. "on Monday." He added when he received the text. Shoyo turned to look at him. He had been watching something on his phone.
