Chapter 3 I watched as a thought crawled into Mike's puny, little mind, a thought of escape to his "true love." I was at first bursting with flames but I, Zebra Zendaya, thought of a plan. I could use Mike to spy on the other side. *** I had seen Mike leave his luxurious tent so I followed him. He crept slowly and nervously until--I said,"is Someonetrying to escape?" Mike turned around and was afraid, he was about to say something but I put my finger on his lip and said,"Shhhh, you can go to your true love...but only if you spy on his side!" Mike looked afraid but then stumbled out,"As Long as I can be with my love, I'll spy on him'' Mike said as he pulled Zebra Zendaya's finger away from his lips. Zebra Zendaya chuckled as Mike wazowski looked at floor with guilty look on face. ''As long as you spy on ugly face Corn bread ted-'' I said as Mike interrupted ''It's Ned.'' Mike had a stupid look on his face, I don't know why anyone would fall in love with corn bread ned, considering how ugly he was. "Come back and give information and I let you two keep seeing each other.'' I stared at Mike as he thought about what I just said. ''Alright'' Mike said as he ran into the forest, this was the fastest I had ever seen Mike run before. He was so excited to go see Corn Bread Ned. And I was excited to get new information on the enemy. *** I stared at my reflection, my ugly reflection. The skinny floppy legs and arms, the tangled cornbread hair that admitted a horribly sweet smell. Those eyes that stared into anyones soul, like a black bead. I felt horrible thoughts creep into my mind when suddenly the water splashed and rippled away my ugly reflection. Instead the strong, handsome, and majestic figure of Mike Wasowski rippled through the water. I felt my face go red,"wah-what ar-are you d-d-doing here." He came close to me and lifted my head,"I wanted to see you." I felt my soul light up, he had just tried to shoot me. I want to be with him but.... Could I? What if he is just spying...On Me to get information? If he really was sent to spy on me and I was foolish enough to fall for his tricks. T-t-then the boss would kill me. I looked into his beautiful eye, it was almost as if he had hearts in his magical and breathtaking eye. Depending on the lighting his eye would change from a beautiful ocean blue, or a bright and powerful green that looked like the beauties of the forest. I started thinking about what I was going to do. Follow my love, Or turn him away. This choice would forever impact my life. Finally I made the decision, I was going to... do both. I'll play his game, and I'll figure out if he is just here to spy on me, or maybe he'll change and we can be together. I'll make it seem like I am a helpless little baby cornbread with a big head, falling for all his tricks. But I will regretfully also be doing my own tricks... If he isn't here for me I need to make sure I can still do my job even if it means giving up my only one true love Mike Wazowski
