Chapter 7 - Valentines Day

Previously on 'Who Am I' 

Later that day i decided to get my mind off things and i went for a run around the local lake, it was very refreshing. I got 3 times around the lake and decided that was enough for today, i picked up my bottle of water and took large gulps however from a distance i could hear ... music. I wasn't in the greatest mood so i instantly snapped -

'CAN SOMEONE TURN THAT DOWN! GO BUY YOURSELF SOME DAMN HEADPHONES IF YOU WANT TO LISTE-'

My mouth zipped shut, then sprung open with shock. My heart began pounding, pounding, pounding so quickly. I began to sweat even more, i began to pant even more.

that wasn't music.

That was a soft siren coming from an ambulance parked infront of a yellow shaded house at the end of the street clearly visible from the lake.

Or as i knew it as... Hailey's House.

CHAPTER 7

 Without thinking I ran towards Hailey's house, I ran as fast as I could to make it their before the ambulance left. A Billion things we're running through my head, what happened to Hailey? Is it my fault? Is she going to be okay? I NEED TO SEE HER! ... Harry had completely slipped my mind.

It felt like fire crackers were going off in my head, my mind was whirling with questions, confusion and most of all worry. I began feeling dizzy and weak, two seconds later i collapsed on the pavement.

I woke up around 25 minutes later with a dog licking my face and his owber screaming 'NO RUFUS, BAD BOY, LEAVE THE MAN ALONE!' as he tugged on the dogs leash. I got up and wiped my face from all the dog slobber. 

'i'm so sorry man, i tried controlling him' The owner said still pulling Rufus back

'No, don't even worry about it, i cant thatnk you enought for getting me up!'

'Yeah are you okay man? You were just lying there'

'Uhm yeah i kinda got a bit weak from running to -' I suddenly remembered what i was doing... Hailey. Before i even finished my sentence i turned around and ran off, i needed to find out which hospital she's at! 

I turned around remembering the man and his dog 'THANKS SIR!' I yelled and carried on running. 

'NO PROBLEM!' He yelled back 'OH AND HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!' He continued.

I stopped running and froze. va? Valent-? VALENTINE-? VALENTINES DAY!!!!????  SHIT. Hailey and I were never really official but I would of definatly done something special for valentines day, and now i completely forgot about it! But i guess it doesnt really matter if i forgot. I can't have ay contact with girls anyway...

I got out of the taxi after finally figuring out what hospital she was at ( It wasn't easy! It was a long process of calling different hospitals while trying to avoid the one Harry was at so that we didnt meet and have an awkward encounter where he sees me with his hair!). I ran into the hospital and straight to the reception. 

'Hi, umm i'm looking for Hailey Curtis'

'I'm sorry who are you?' The receptionest said

'I'm a friend of hers and I need to see her RIGHT NOW!' I was loosing my patience
