"Hi."

"Oh... Hi, Jeno."

That day Lee Jeno got up from his bed with a joyous grin and immediatley ran down to the kitchen. He kissed his mother on the cheek, wishing her good morning, and devoured his breakfast in less than 2 minutes.
Mrs. Lee, Mr. Lee and Jeno's sister were stunned by his lighted up mood. The boy was known to be sleepy and grumpy in the morning, but that day he was the complete opposite.

And without letting them question his strange manner, Jeno wished them a good day and exited the house. He got to the bus stop and luckily it arrived earlier.

But, to his surprise, he saw his star shining among the other people.

"I didn't know you were taking the bus."

"Yes. It is more comfortable for my dad, since he have to be in class by the time I am at school."

"Great..." Jeno mumbled, as a question popped up in his mind. "And your mum?"

"Oh. My mother is out of the country. For work reasons."

That question visibly unsettled her, although she tried to mask it with her formality. But Jeno was able to gaze through her eyes and see that there was more of it.

"Hey, you know you can tell me everything. Okay?" He simply said with a kind smile, trying to ease her nerves and she nodded. "Yes. Thank you, Jeno."

The silence between them was growing uncomfortable, something that Jeno didn't want for their relationship, so he changed topic.

"Do you still want to be an astronomer?"

He noticed Hanbyeol smiling at his question, as she remembered their conversation of ten years before.

"Yes. That is still my dream and now I like it. But sometimes it is so complicated that I might need some help."

"Well, my friend Renjun studies astronomy and has the highest grades in all the classes. If you need help you can ask him."

Hanbyeol nodded at his suggestion, smiling to thank him. "I noticed how prepared he was in class. Therefore, I might ask him for help."

And so she did.
After their shared class of physics, she asked him if he could clarify some aspects of the new astronomy's topic and he agreed. They went to the school library in one of their free hours and there they started studying.

"So..." Renjun quietly began as no one was near to hear them. "You and Jeno...?"

"What about Jeno?" She asked confused, with her eyes still on her astronomic map. Renjun sighed and he noisly dropped his pen on the table to get her attention.

"Hanbyeol, I know he suggested you asked me for help. He told me. And I know for sure that he still cares about you after all this years."

"What is your point, Renjun?"

The boy stared at her death in the eyes untill she finally got what he meant.

"No." Hanbyeol said grimly. She wanted to drop that topic and go back to her astronomy's homework, but Renjun wasn't done.

"You have to tell him."

"Not now, when I still have some hope..."
