Weeks went by, Jeno and Hanbyeol were having a date every weekend while their friends anxiously waited for them to finally get together. But none of the two even tried to do that ultimate step. They kind of knew something was going on, but feared the outcome of a declaration.

The Kim family was settled, Hanbyeol in her high school with her new friends and her dad with his dream job as an astronomy's professor. They were living the life they both had dreamed of in Hanbyeol's childhood and were hopeful for it to stay like that.
But, sadly, the judge had other plans.

It was early April, right after the funniest day she could have ever had in April Fool, when her mother came back from her new home in England. She burst into their house while they were having their Sunday lunch and didn't even regard her dad of any attention, stomping the floor with her noisy high heels.

She confronted Hanbyeol with a cold indifferent stare and said a simple sentence. "Be quick. The driver is waiting." She did not speak to her for the rest of the journey to London.

Hanbyeol could not have the time to process the fact that she was leaving behind everything, that the doorbell rang. Behind the door was Renjun, with whom she had planned to study that day. He would be the last friend she saw before setting off to a new boring life. That day would have also been the last time she saw Huang Renjun.

"I'll take care of them, especially Jeno." He told her after having helped her pack everything. Her mother was already in the taxi, impatiently waiting for Hanbyeol.

"Thank you, Renjun. You have been a very dear friend to me." She said as some tears left her eyes, and hugged him. "I will not be able to know love. Therefore, please, talk to that girl."

Renjun looked taken aback by her sudden words, but through his wet cheecks one could see some blush. "I know you like her and she probably will too, if you try to get to know her."

He nodded with a sad smile and parted from that embrace, fully leaving her to her new life.

She cried through all the trip and the first days in her new house in England. She had left everyone behind without notice. She left Jeno, for the second time, and she would never forgive herself all her life.

She knew that the next day, as her boy came to school searching for her, he would be met with the grieving face of Renjun and his terrible announcement. She feared for him and down to her heart she hoped he could hate her. Instead, Lee Jeno could only and always feel love towards his stargirl.
