The rest of the day thankfully proceeded without any problems, and I was able to relax, well relax as much as I could with two broken legs. Since I didn't have any painkillers, the occasional twinge of pain would show up, but never anything too bad. And this was the day, nothing special, but I was just somewhat glad to be out of that hellish hospital room, and by the time night came I was just ready to go to bed and fall asleep. However, upon reaching my room a small feeling of dread started to rise within me, I quickly dismissed this, but it kept me awake.

I laid down and tried to force myself to sleep, but this feeling was so overpowering that I was just too restless. Damn it, now I can't even enjoy going to sleep. I continued to lay down with this feeling growing more and more, okay now it's starting to get to me. I stood up and walked out into the living room, and while I normally don't bother with this, I locked the front and back door. There, now I don't have anything to worry about, they'd have to be stupid to try to break in now.

So with that I felt a slight bit better, and I headed back towards my room, when suddenly a loud bang hit the front door. I quickly turned and saw two silhouettes underneath the door. Then I heard the sound of wood breaking, immediately I thought about fighting, but then after seeing the condition of my injuries, I thought otherwise. So with that in mind, I quickly headed back towards my own room. Once inside my room, I slammed my door shut and then blocked it with my body, sort of wishing we had locks on these doors. Then the loud sound of wood giving in echoed throughout my house and the door was opened. Okay, so I have no idea what's going on, but I'm starting to think that telling fate to 'Bully me more' was maybe a bad decision. Not that I believe in fate or anything, but this is just ridiculous. Well on the bright side I'm sure I have time to figure out what to do, robbers don't immediately search around the house, they see what they can find in the first room they're in, and there's plenty to steal from there. So all I gotta do is- wait, are those footsteps?

Suddenly the sound of footsteps started to quickly go my way, no hesitation at all with these guys, they are immediately going towards me. It's okay, it's okay, there's another room, so my chances of being confronted are fifty- OKAY THEY ARE AT MY DOOR. Immediately pressure began to push at my door, thankfully they didn't think to turn the doorknob first, so I had some time to adjust, but then they twisted the knob and the weight of two men began to push on the door. I pushed back harder, which provoked one of them to speak,

"OPEN THE DAMN DOOR." I didn't speak, why the hell would I speak? This is not a situation where anybody with a brain would speak, so why do I feel like telling them to fuck off? I continued to push, but then a wave of sharp aching pain started to rise within me, DAMN IT, NOT NOW. My arms began to tense up, and my legs started to feel weak. I couldn't keep this door pushed, but despite that I continued with fading strength. My muscles in both my arms and legs began to burn as heavy strain was put onto them. There was probably about three hundred pounds of force being pressed against this door, and I'm not that strong, but yet somehow I was managing, not by much, but somehow I was. Then the pressure increased, and my muscles started to give in, despite me trying my hardest, DAMN IT COME ON. I bit the side of my lip as hard as I could and drew blood, the taste immediately getting into my mouth, but the pain was enough to give me one last push. I don't know why I'm even trying at this point, I mean it's not like anybody's coming, and it's not like they're going to stop anytime soon. So what can I do? Other than just push at this door and delay whatever's about to happen, nothing good, obviously. I'm just wasting my energy at this point, but despite that, I won't stop. IF FATE WANTS TO FORCE MY HAND THEN IT CAN GO FUCK OFF, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NOW BITCH? IF YOU'RE GOING TO KILL ME, YOU WOULD'VE ALREADY DONE IT, SO HIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT. Then suddenly the door started to give in, YOU BITCH, NOT NOW. And then the door burst open, and I fell back. I didn't get to see who was in front of me, but I did see a glimpse of a weapon, a weapon I've gotten to be very familiar with, a gun.
