Today, the servants, aside from Sebastian, were called to Ciel's office, three of them stood rigid in nervousness. (Y/n) stood there with her arms crossed, looking as pissed as ever, and unfazed by the awkward silence. "Well, are you going to tell us what it is, or sit there all day?" (Y/n) spoke first, asking in the rudest way possible.

"Hey now! Don't speak to him like that! You might get fired!" Bard scolded, seemingly quite worried for her career. "So what? He's already threatened me and I'm bored! I have things to do! I don't have time to sit here in silence!" (Y/n) yelled back, scaring the three servants. "Please calm down! There has to be a reasonable explanation for being called here, right Young Master?" Finny asked, quite nervously.

"Precisely, I have a little job for the four of you to take care of" Ciel answered, which brightened the trio up. "J. O. B?" The three servants said singularly, seemingly quite happy. "OI! LET GO OF ME! QUIT HUGGING ME!!" (Y/n) screamed as she was unwillingly engulfed in a hug by the three servants. "I'm so glad you weren't fired! We were sure we would be! Yes, we did!" Mey-rin exclaimed in happiness.

"EH?! WHY THE HELL WOULD I BE FIRED?! ALSO, DON'T HUG ME!!" (Y/n) screamed out as she, quite literally, exploded, sending the trio off of her. The trio groaned on the ground, while (Y/n) stood in front of Ciel, tapping her foot impatiently. "Well, go on now, tell us what the job is" (Y/n) demanded, not caring she's talking rudely to an Earl.

"Very well, see this? This is a camera from the famous talent collection. It has a story behind it, it has been missing from the collection altogether, for some time. When it suddenly came up for auction, I bid immediately" Ciel informed while presenting an old camera. "What a waste of money, it's nothing but a crappy camera" (Y/n) commented while eyeing the camera like it's garbage.

"It is not crappy, my dear (Y/n), it was used by Willaim Henry Fox Talbot, an inventor of photographing technologies. There have been some rumors about the last camera he used, the one our Young Master has acquired. Legend has it, that if you use this camera to photograph someone. Whoever or whatever that person cares about most in the world will appear in the photograph as well" Tanaka explained to the other servants.

"Oh my! That sounds too incredible to be true!" Mey-rin exclaimed in delight, already imagining a picture of (Y/n) with her mysteriously next to her. "What the--" (Y/n) mumbled out in shock as he watched Tanaka explode back into a chibi, it made absolutely no sense to her. "Does such a camera really exist or is it just a rumor?" Bard asked, completely unbothered by Tanaka's form changing.

"Perhaps we should take a picture and find out, (Y/n), don't move, the exposure takes ten seconds" Ciel ordered while preparing the camera. "WHO ARE YOU TO ORDER ME AROUND, HUH?!" (Y/n) screamed out, deeply against being photographed for something so stupid. "I'll allow you to make yourself a training yard out back and breaks for your training" Ciel retorted, silencing (Y/n).

"Whatever... Just take the damn picture" (Y/n) mumbled as she turned away with a pout. "Awe! She's so cute when she pouts, yes she is!" Mey-rin gushed as the other servants stood to the side. (Y/n) let out a low growl, preventing herself from moving, all for the sake of a training ground. "She's growling like a dog, how cute~!" Finny added in, also gushing about (Y/n).

"I see it... She's like a cute chihuahua" Bard finalized as he snapped his fingers like he made the best discovery. "I swear, I will murder you all" (Y/n) grumbled out, as veins started to pop out along her face. "Stay still or else the image will blur" Ciel scolded, earning a glare from the female. "8... 9... 10" Ciel counted up as he closed the cap on the camera, allowing (Y/n) free from her spot.

"Great! Now... You three" (Y/n) said with a threatening smile as she cracked her knuckles. "Wait for a second... Can't we reason this out?" Bard tried to reason. With a solid WHACK, all three of them received a lump on their heads, all groaning in pain. "Come along, I don't have all day" Ciel scolded as he made his way to the door, taking a piece of paper with him.

With that, the five of them, excluding Tanaka, processed the picture in a redlight room. Four of them eagerly awaited the results of the picture, hoping to be the important someone in the frame. "Huh? Who are they?" Finny asked innocently as he stared at the picture in disbelief and slight jealousy. "That's.... None of your business! This camera is stupid! Nothing but tricks!" (Y/n) exclaimed as she snatched the picture out of Ciel's tongs.

"I've had enough of this stupid job, I'm going back to my things. Forget about the stupid training ground" (Y/n) dismissed as she marched out of the room, clutching the picture to her chest. Once out of the door, she glanced down at the picture with frustration and guilt. Tears of sadness dripped down onto the picture, which held an image of her and her two loving parents standing next to her.

~Flashback~

It was a stormy night, the winds were harsh, not that young (Y/n) could care for. "Vroooom! Haha! I am here!" (Y/n) exclaimed as she smashed the All Might figurine into another. "Oh no! All Might!" Izuku played along as he held onto the other figurine, quite happy to spend time with her. Inko watched over the two from the kitchen, cooking them up some dinner, while the TV behind her played the news.

"This is in, a terrible accident on XXXX Street had accused, a large Semi Truck had just slammed into an unsuspecting car. This resulted in the car skidding off of the bridge and into the river below. Due to the high wind and rain, we're unable to see any survivors, but cameras suspect these two were within the car" the news reporter informed.

Inko gasped in shock as she accidentally dropped her mixing spoon onto the ground in shock. "Hey! It's Mommy and Daddy!" (Y/n) pointed out innocently, as she recognized her parents on the TV. "Oh my gosh, I am so sorry... I'm so sorry..." Inko apologized as she engulfed the child in a hug. At the time little (Y/n) had no clue why she was apologizing to her, too young to understand the meaning behind those pictures.

"NO! WHY ARE YOU NAMING THESE EMPTY BOXES OF THEM! THEY'RE STILL ALIVE, I KNOW THEY ARE!!" (Y/n) yelled out in denial. She screamed, cried, and fought until she was on her knees in front of two tombstones made specifically for her parents. In the loving memory of her parents, who no one could recover, there was only an empty box buried six feet under.

~Present~

Tears dripped down onto the photo, ruining the image with marks of sorrow, as (Y/n) leaned against the wall. Her lips trembled as her tears forced themselves out of her eyes, unable to look away from the image. She's not dumb enough to believe they're alive anymore, but... One could only hope that they'd still be around.

"Shh... Shh... Calm down... Everything is all right" someone had whispered into her ear, as they enveloped her into a warm hug. That's when she finally noticed she was shaking, her breathing had become irregular. "It... Hurts" (Y/n) mumbled out loud, referring to her chest that struggled to intake air and her broken heart.

A hand stroked through her spikey (h/c) hair, almost soothingly, as the person held her against their chest. This person was Sebastian, who had been on his way to clean the hallway. Out of instinct, he had dropped everything, quite literally, as he ran to her aid to comfort her to the best of his abilities.

This would be a rare moment for the both of them that no one would see again. With a demon, who always put work before anything, comforting a human. While the human, who is known for their anger management, allowed the demon to comfort them during their time of need. It's a good thing the other servants were busy with Pluto to interrupt the moment.
