Extraordinary (half Grimm child reader X adoptive mother Cinder Fall)

Prologue

Cinder POV

"So wait let me get this straight. You had a human woman sleep with a Grimm and impregnate her." I said, "Yes." Salem said, "Now you're surprised that she tried to kill this living war crime?" I said, "I mean who, aside from Ozpin, would kill a baby!" she said, "Well you have a point so what did you do with her?" I asked, "Oh the baby killed her. I won't deny he's a monster, but he's cute so I'll let him live." she said, "Ok but whose gonna look after this little monster?" I asked, "That's a very good question. You can do it! I'm far too busy to raise a child." she said, "I hate you." I said, "Oh don't be like that Cinder. You'll be a great mom." she said.

"Ok kid looks like I'm your mom now." I said as I walked into the cell the child was in, the first thing I noticed was his piercing red eyes, "YOU ARE SIX HOURS OLD! HOW HAVE YOU ALREADY GONE FERAL?!" I said he tried to lunge at me, but he was too weak to make it very far, "I'll pick you up if you calm down." I said I could tell that he calmed down when his eyes turned from red to (e/c) and the claws and bone spikes retreated into his body. I picked him up and I hate to admit it, but he was kinda cute. "Ok (y/n), yeah, (y/n)'s a nice name for you. (y/n) Fall has a nice ring to it. I like it." I said he nuzzled into me and fell asleep. "You're kinda sweet when you're not trying to rip people's throats out." I said. 

It took me weeks to learn how to keep (y/n) calm and undercontrol. I have him trained to calm down with only a few words at least for now. He's a good boy for the most part, he's very much a mama's boy and I love it.

After a few months I couldn't imagine life without (y/n), "Come on sweetie, say Mama for me. Can you say Mama." I said as he chewed on his toes, "Ok silly boy those aren't for eating." I said sweetly. 

"Cinder, I do not like how you're raising my weapon." Sallem said, Oh then you raise him. Oh wait! you don't know how!" I said, "Now Cinder, I suggest you watch your tone. You are easily replaced." She said, "Oh, I know, but if you kill me then you have no one to control (y/n). I doubt you have the patients to learn my techniques for keeping him calm!" I said, "I despise you." she said, "Oh don't be like that. I'm a great mom." I said smugly.
