Y/N's PoV
Kokoro:"Is this what you normally do at school?" Asked Kokoro with wonder while she walked at my side
Me and the class were walking to the Arcade all in group
Y/N:"This is a special occasion, apparently..." Kokoro and Satori gave a nod in understanding, barely knowledgeable on what a school was
Koishi:"Not like we're complaining, it's better than that stupid math! Boom!" She said as she stepped to the front and kicked her backpack far away
Satori sighed knowing it was futile to teach her mathematics...i wonder how she'll do on her exam though-
Koishi:"OW! IT ATTACKED! IT'S ANOTHER TYPE OF GO-KART!" Koishi had stumbled backwards, with her backpack having returned to her and tackling her to the ground
Y/N:"Backpacks don't attack Koishi, someone must've thrown it back"
Jane:"Hey what's your-!" Shouted Jane to the front, but stopped midsentence out of a sudden
I turned to follow her gaze, not seeing anyone that might have thrown the backpack back to Koishi. Us six were almost at the front, but the direction Koishi kicked her backpack into didn't have anyone there
Y/N:"Weird..."
Logan:"Super weird..."
Kokoro:"Continue walking, or we'll leave you behind" Said Kokoro to get our attention, making us react and run behind the group again
I couldn't shake that one off though, whatever happened wasn't a coincidence- obviously, of course me, say the obvious...
Timeskip
Our walk hadn't lasted that long as we arrived to the arcade, where Mason stopped us and turned back
Mason:"We're here you all, go practice in any game you like and hope it's the right one for the tournament. But most importantly, have fun!" The class raised their hands in excitement before running into the place- except for some loners that usually stayed quiet
Me and the others only ventured more into the crowd of students, looking out for a certain someone
Koishi:"Hey hey! What game will we try first!" Asked Koishi with noticeable excitement, we hadn't told her nor the other two girls about out plan
Y/N:"Oh...you could go with Kokoro and Satori to play a dancing game, that was there in the last tournament"
Koishi:"Got it! Come on-!"
Satori:"I'll stay, i don't feel like dancing today..." Quickly interrupted Satori as Koishi only stared at her with confusion
Koishi:"You said you'd cheer!"
Satori:"I'll get to you later okay? Promise"
Her words made Koishi smile and nod
Koishi:"Hai! Come on Kokoro, lets play!"
Dragged against her will, Kokoro and Koishi went to play on their game. After they were out of sight, Satori turned to us with her neutral face
Satori:"James right? We might find clues in here" Her words surprised me and the other two, we didn't expect her to know of the plan
Y/N:"How did-?"
Satori:"Easy, i looked into Logan's mind and your plan"
Jane and me turned to him, who just scratched the back of his head in embarrassment
