"is Sanzu staying at the penthouse?" you asked your brothers that give you questioning looks, "uh.. yeah, I've heard he'd been cooped up in his room for a whole week, only coming out every after noon or so to go who knows where. Why?" Rindo replied blankly at your question uninterestingly that honestly brought down the whole mood in the room at the mention of your husband.
"nothing, just wanted to make sure he's staying at a safe place." Ran merely laugh to what you just said, thinking how amusing it is the you still care for the bastard. Earning a scowl from you that shut Ran up from his pit of laughter. "you guys can't give me a break, can you?" you sighed, rolling your eyes at your ever so teasing brothers that would insult your husband every time they can.
"you were the one who brought it up." your oldest brother snicker, thinking how cute it is that he can easily read you with your body language. And seeing how one shoulder is higher than the other while you have your head slightly tilted just. "I just asked a question. Ugh, I don't have much energy for this." your brothers noticed how you clutched your lower stomach with a look of discomfort on your face followe by a quiet gowl, "fucking cramps." you grumbled.
"it's that time of the month again?" Ran asked you while looking at you with concerned eyes. He wouldn't be that worried usually about your cramps because all of the time he spent with you, you only flinch when a wave of cramps hit you. He knows, he was the one who attended you when you freaking out crying at the sight of your blooded underwear when you were ten, when your parents were out being useless human beings. it's the first time he seen you looked this uncomfortable about your cramps ever since your first.
"n-no...it just random cramps." you said, trying to conceal the evident discomfort on your face. "is that normal?" Rindo, who was equally concerned as Ran, asked. "yeah, it's similar to delayed periods when you're body isn't doing so well." you lied, you don't know if what you're saying is actually true, but they wouldn't know. The only thing they know about the human body is its fatal point, and besides, they barely understand the concepts of monthly cycle other than it happens to clean your body.
Now come to think of it, you haven't have your period yet this month, you're late. But that didn't really bothered you, you've been eating incorrectly and been stressed out lately that sometimes lead to delayed periods, just like your doctor said, this isn't the first time it happened.
"I see, then are you feeling well?" you nodded at Ran's question. "yeah, just some iced coffee will do." your two brothers looked at you again, wondering if ice coffee would really solve your cramps but what do they know? They're just some undergraduates who barely knows anything about biology. "yeah, then we better go then, we still have something to do." Ran said as he push himself up from his seat. "then can you drive me home? I don't wanna drive home, I feel nauseous." you told them
"okay, we'll pick you up at the Caffè downstairs." you nodded, getting your things, you and your brothers took a different roots. You also gave them your car keys, telling Rindo to drive your car home since you don't want to leave your car here. Rindo agreed on driving your car for you and Ran would be following behind.
Walking to the cafe downstairs, you ordered your usual iced coffee that the bar tender already know by heart. The teenager asked you to wait for your drink, so you did, you sat down at a near empty table, letting out a sigh when you felt your cramps setting down after your long walk down here. You looked around the cafe and noticed it was more packed than usual, probably an event at a near mall but you didn't bother, you only took your phone out to entertain yourself while you wait for your order.
"Reina-san?" a familiar voice called out to you, lifting your head from your phone, you saw Toru in front of you, smiling gently, with her hand holding a boba and black purse that fits her outfit. she looked way differently from the last time you saw her. "Toru? It's nice to see you here."
"it's nice to see you as well, Reina-San. And I'm sorry again about last week." she meekly said, lowering her head to you, still ashamed for what she did- for what she almost did with your husband. She would probably regret that night for the rest of his life knowing she almost became the kind of woman she hates the most with a kind of man she despise.
"now you're being annoying. I told you, stop apologising again and again, I'm okay with a sincere and genuine one... Or a satisfying one."
"pardon?" Toru questioned the last one, she found it quite scary how you said it with a sadistic grin on your face that you immediately replaced with a clueless one when she questioned you that you merely giggled at, excusing yourself to get your order.
AH right, she's inflirated with bonten, her husband is their number two-motherfucker, i almost slept with bonten's number two.
"Toru, I'll be going now, I'm brother is waiting for me outside-come with me." the older woman couldn't say another single word before you quickly dragged her out of the cafe and infront of a really expensive car. "Nii-san, come down for a moment." you knocked on the driver seats window, that soon rolled down to reveal a man with purple hair with blue streaks, the said man looked like you and she found him rather attractive. "what? We don't have time for that. What do you need?"
"well, I wanted you to meet Toru here, Hanazawa Toru. I meet her recently." you said, pulling her closer to you for Rindo to get a better look. "Toru, this is the older brother I told you about that have the same age as you. Toru, this is my older brother, Haitani Rindo."
Toru suddenly flinched at the familiar infamous name that she's always been hearing from delinquent since she was at high school. What shocked her more is that he's your brother. So not only are you married to the supposedly number two of Bonten, you're also related to the Haitani-and Holy crap they're also part of Bonten. She internally panicked, seeing the infamous hanafunda tattoo on his neck that's supposedly every important member has.
She looked at you and quickly scanned your body for any tattoo similar to your brother and husband, only to found none. But that doesn't mean you might not have one hidden in your clothes.
Fuck, what did I get myself into.
"nice to meet you, Haitani-San." she bowed her head to your older brother to which your brother only nodded to. "Toru, give me your number." you told her and she quickly search her bag for something, and she gave you a card with her number in it.
You smiled at her and wave her goodbye and hopped in the car. "what was that about?" your older brother asked, "you said you guys need more lawyers in your lawfirm right? Toru there just graduated law school, why not hire her?" your asnwer was replied with a questioning look and silence. "and?" he asked, Reading the card that you gave him that he just put on his pocket.
"she's a good girl and don't you think it's time for you to start settling down?" Rindo only laughed that made you pout. "I'll settle down once you do." you slapped is hands away that was petting your head. "I'm already settled down, I'm rich, successful, hot and Married."
"pft, yeah right."
