"didn't I say to bring her back home before nine?" Ran said sternly, his heavy baton being tapped on his palm again and again in a threatening manner.

It was currently pass ten, and the two of you explored every open stores in every shopping district in and near Roppongi, and when Koko took you home, the both of you were greeted with an obviously unhappy and sleepy Ran.

"you were serious about that? But she's a literal adult." Kokonoi defended. "that's right, Aniki. I'm a grown ass adult, why do i need curfew."  You chimed in, causing Ran to groan at you.

"yes, I know you're an adult. You're even going through a divorce." he started and that made you a bit taken a back with his retort. Though, Koko find it a bit funny.

"But you're pregnant! You should be getting much rest as you can!"  he exclaimed, clearly annoyed. It was kinda funny to see the usually happy and upbeat man act like such a grumpy dad.

"is that so? Well I'm already home, no need to yap more than you already did."   You said, rolling your eyes at him before turning around and headed upstairs to your room, leaving the two males downstairs out of whim.

Ran sighed and turned to Koko. "did you pay for all of this?" he asked him, talking about the tons of bags and plastic that the two of you came in with. "mostly." he simply answered.

"stay for the night. Its already late out and pouring badly outside. Just ask Rin of clothes."  Ran offered the boy. The latter hesitated for a moment before agreeing. Besides, he have no more energy to drive back all the way to his place.

"Aniki! Why are my things is the room?!" the two males heard you shout, coming back down the stairs with confusion  written on your face as to why boxes of your things that you left in your shared home with Sanzu that you were supposed to pick up sooner or later, is already in your room.

And somehow, that hurts your fucking ego. He made it seem like he's kicking you out! How dare he?!

"oh, it came about three in the afternoon earlier." Rindo said as he sleepily walks down the stairs, holding a folder on his hands. "and so did this." he added, handing you the brown folder that your reluctantly accepted, "all it needs is your signature and his, and you're legally single."

Oh, so it was your divorce papers. That was quicker than you thought.

Though, normally, it would've taken longer because of trial and shits, but thanks to Bonten, no trial required.

"I'll take care of it tomorrow." you sighed , putting it to the side to deal with later. You then turned to your brother, "I'll handle it alone. Don't worry." you reassured both of them, knowing fully well that they're considering to go to Sanzu themselves to spare you from more stress  and trouble. But you were not gonna allow that.

You have one last score to settle, to say the least.

Ran let out a heavy sigh, "not that we can either way. Mikey have been calling for us since yesterday and he would kill both of us if we don't go see him tomorrow."

"i can accompany you, if you want." Kokonoi suggested . You gave him a thankful glance as you nodded,
"thanks, Koko." you told him.

You agreed just to be a bit petty.

Just a bit.

Kokonoi shrugged it off, "no problem~."

"ah, you two went above and beyond. Did you two bought a whole ass mall?" Rindo exclaimed, only noticing the tons of bags laying on the floor and was now exploring every bag and a particularly large bag caught his attention and so without much into consideration, he opened it, finding a giant purple and dark blue sloth plush. "this is cute." he said, taking it out of its plastic for a better look.

"right?! There's two more of those there."  you explained excitedly.

Ran, who was equally intrigue  by the giant toy, also opened up another large bag to find the same sloth plushie. He picked both of it up and look at them closer, "they are cute." he laughed in amusement

"wait, Nii-san, I like that light blue one better, lemme see." Ran only nodded and gave his younger brother the purple and light blue plush he was holding and was replaced by the biggest one. "I think the smallest one is the cutest." you butted in, stealing the red one from your brother's hand

"it's only cute cause it's small." Rindo rolled his eyes.

you gave him an offended look before sticking your tongue out childishly, and he gave you a playful glare in return.

Ran and Koko only watched you two bicker.

Seeing the siblings all together holding plushies made him laugh. "somehow, those sloths look like you guys."  he commented.

"that's stupid." you and Rindo said, ironically in sync.

"I don't know what you're talking about, but all of you should go to bed. Especially you, Reina." Ran spoke. "we'll clean this up tomorrow along with your things. You can choose any guess room you like, Koko."

"you're staying for the night? Hajime?" you asked him and he nodded. "hope you don't mind." you shaked your head no, "of course not. You always let me stay at your place so consider this as my thank you for now."  you told him that earned you a sweet smile from him.

Collecting the plushies from both Rindo and Ran, you tugged on the eldest shirt that made him look at you. "can i just sleep at your room tonight? Don't wanna go to sleep with many boxes scattered in my room." you pleaded, showing a tired smile towards him.

"of course, come on." he agreed.

Settling into Ran's bed, he made sure you have everything you need to be comfortable and made sure that his humidifier was running and smells of lavender.

Though, much to your protest, Ran said that he'll just sleep with Rindo or at another guess room, saying that he don't want to disturb your sleep tomorrow when he get ready and off for work. And even bringing his things along with him to not need to enter his room.

So now you lay on Ran's bed alone, surrounded by the plushies you brought earlier.

It's funny how the plushies you bought in advance for baby makes you look like a baby yourself.

Your eyes fails to feel heavy and sleepy, feeling a bit anxious of facing him tomorrow

Just how would he acts towards you?

Would he be sympathetic of you?

Or would he laugh at your face?

How was he for the last few days?

Has he gone on with his life as if you never existed?

Or has be been reflecting on his choices?

Was he regretting everything that had happened just like you are?

Or was he enjoying his life to the fullest

"I'm not."
