One night you and your boyfriend, Yeonjun, were cuddling on the couch watching a movie together. After a while the movie ended and even though you weren't asleep yet, Yeonjun still carried you to you guys' shared bedroom and placed you gently on the bed.
Yeonjun- I'm gonna go take a quick shower then we can cuddle, ok?
Y/n- Ok Junie, but be fast, I'm cold!
Yeonjun- Ok, ok I'll hurry
He let out a small laugh and walked into the bathroom. You heard the water turn on and after a couple minutes you heard a loud bang from outside. There was another huge thunderstorm. There was a flash of lightning, another bang, then the power went out. Everything was absolutely pitch black.
Yeonjun- Shit!
You heard him curse from the bathroom. Your breathing became irregular and before long you were a crying mess, as you were terrified of the dark. You were sitting on the bed wearing one of Yeonjun's hoodies, hugging one of the plushies that he got you for your birthday.
Y/n- Junie-ah! Hurry! I'm scared!
Yeonjun- I know baby I'm trying! Just take a couple deep breaths ok?
Y/n- I- I'm trying!
Yeonjun- I'll be out in a sec baby!
You continued crying for about 3 minutes until Yeonjun came out of the bathroom and ran over to you. He sat on the bed and placed you on his lap and you laid your head on his chest. He was rubbing you back and whispering the most loving things to you to calm you down. After a few minutes you had completely stopped crying and you looked up at Yeonjun.
Y/n- Yeonjun-ah? Thank you
Yeonjun- For what?
Y/n- You're the bestest boyfriend ever. I love you.
You laid down on the bed and snuggled up to Yeonjun, falling fast asleep.
Yeonjun- I love you more than you know princess.
