Maya's Point of View

"He sent you photos again?" Bella asked me, her voice showing concern. I nodded my head. "It was a photo of me sleeping," I said. "But this time he made a comment about it."

I took my phone out and tapped on the message he sent me. "You look cute while sleeping, my princess..." As Bella read the line, her eyes widened. "That's creepy... have you been trying to call the police?"

I scoffed and put my phone away. "You don't know how many times I've tried, but each time he found out and threatened me."

"Or maybe you're freaking out over nothing, May," Bella said and shrugged her shoulders. I raised my eyebrows. "Now, where is this coming from?" I asked her for her sudden change. "I don't know... it could be a joke someone's trying to pull on," I opened my mouth but shut it, feeling mad. "That's not funny at all," I rolled my eyes.

It was quiet between us until Bella broke it. "I'm sorry May," she took her hand in mine. "I know this has been happening for the past three years. I shouldn't have been insensitive about it," Bella apologized. I sighed and shook my head. "It's okay," I whispered.

"Bella, there is someone out there who is stalking me. Someone who won't leave me alone. I haven't slept properly since three years and I'm scared," I watched my best friend sigh.

"Look," she puffed her lips. "Maybe someone's really trying to pull a game on you but if you are really scared then you can sleep at my house for a while until all of this stops," I smiled widely and jumped into her arms. "Thank you so much, Bells!"

"I'll do anything for you May," Bella said and hugged me back.

Our little conversation was interrupted when Paul called my name. "Yes?"

"Dr. Sloan, I need you to sign a medication plan for your client," I nodded my head and collected my papers.

"Bella, can you make sure my next client comes to my office?" I asked her. "Of course," I thanked her and left.

As I was about to go to my office, I bumped into someone. "Oh god, I'm so sorry," I quickly apologized. I looked up and saw one of my co-workers.

"I-It's alright, Dr. Sloan..."

I shook my head. "How many times do I have to tell you to call me by my name, Justin."

Justin cleared his throat. "Yeah right..."

"I'll see you around, Justin. I have a meeting now," I said and waved at him. "See you around..." I smiled at him and went inside my office.

Justin's Point of View

She smiled at me. She smiled her beautiful smile at me. My heart fluttered like always whenever I see her. I will never forget how she made me feel like the first time I met her.
