Dinner
Nala's POV
6:50 pm
I went to the kitchen and poured myself a glass of water. As I went to my spot and sat down and placed my cup on the table. I made my plate which was a small portion. I never ate a lot of food due to my being starved. I quietly ate with the Sandin family. I heard Zoey talking about her day, then James told us the good news about his business and I congratulated him. Then onto me. I told everyone about my day which involved my tests. They congratulated me and I thanked them. Charlie started telling the story he made about this man's love. Zoey had the right to mention the man's penis. I snickered watching Zoey and Charlie's fists pumping each other.
We all laughed. That's until I looked at the clock and tapped my fork on the glass to tell everyone about the clock. James got up and went to the security room. I stayed at the table and finished eating and drinking my drink. Zoey and Charlie were goofing off stealing each other's food with Mary trying to stop them. I got up and thanked Mary for dinner and washed my cup and plate.
After cleaning my dishes, I went upstairs to watch the commencement.
