Yoongi Pov

"Hyung," I call while lying comfortably on the big-ass sofa he has in his big-ass office. "What's for lunch today?"

"Whatever you want to order." He replied, eyes on the computer screen.

"I kind of am craving to eat Hyung's Best Kimchi Fried Rice."

"Eat those left over and leave. I'll make that for dinner." He said it with such a serious tone that it just reflected, 'BITCH Don't Disturb me.'

I murmured okay and straightened up while stretching myself just a bit, picked up the leftovers, and walked out of his office.

"The meeting starts in 15 minutes!" He announced this before I closed the door and entered the elevator.

He is not rude; he just gets too serious. When I say too serious, it is like the seriousness of a soldier out for war.

I would have no problem with it if it weren't for this meeting he is serious about. I hope the electricity gets cut off. It'll get completely dark, and the meeting will be cancelled.

The lift abruptly came to a stop.

"What. the. hell?"

It was completely dark out of the blue, and my breathing stopped. I started seeing random shapes in front of my eyes because of the darkness. My ears heard nothing while goosebumps arose on my skin, leaving me with a cold sweat.

'Do I have a superpower?

I looked around without taking a moment. I gulped unintentionally, which was loud and clear to my ears, along with the sound of my fast-beat heart. I took a deep breath before.

"Let there be light."

and there was light. The lift started to move again, making me look around hysterically. It stopped on a random floor. The door opened, revealing three people.

A guy in a jumpsuit kind of uniform, which says technicians. Another in a formal shirt and pants with an ID hanging around his neck and the last person

"Oh Yoongi. What are you doing there?" Said the guy wearing a coat and a similar ID hanging around his neck. The coat fitted him perfectly, and with that huge shoulder, lean figure, and masculine face structure he has, he can easily be a model and can sell out any outfit he wears. "The lift is under service."

"Oh"

'I thought I was God'

I walked out of the lift, composing myself, trying my best not to look insecure and scared of his big frame.

"It's Yoongi Hyung for you, Taehyung." I said it with authority, making him know who was in charge.

"Whatever ajusshi~"

'This Bitch'

"Weren't you supposed to be on vacation?"

"I am on Vacation I just came back here to get some of my stuff. I am going to the airport directly from here."

I took a scan of his outfit from top to bottoms

"Like this? In a suit? Are you sure it isn't a business trip, or is it the marriage of someone?" I pointed out

"Who dresses up like this for a marriage?"

"Enjoy your vacation, Taehyung Shi; I'll see you someday again." I announced and left the spot as I heard his Scream

"See you soon, Agushii!"

I closed my eyes at the embarrassment I was facing because of him and entered my cabin. My eyes fell on a very familiar figure standing there.

She was wearing black pants that fitted her legs completely with a maroon full-sleeve shirt that was tucked in perfectly, making her look all professional.

'Have I become too observant..'

"I didn't accept you being here at this time. Miss me already? Y/n~" I cockily teased as I leaned at the door with my hands folded, trying to look like some K-drama lead

"You were the last person I was looking forward to meeting today, but it turns out I had to meet you first." She snapped, making me realise the reason why I don't like her in the first place.'

"What are you here for?"

"Well. I am here to discuss a few things with you. I felt my heart speed up just a little bit hearing those words, "About the meeting." She finished. bringing an end to not only her sentence but also my positive, bubbling thoughts.

'Work. It's about work. What else did you expect, Yoongi?'

"Yeah, go ahead," I replied in a way as if I were giving permission to her to speak, and if I declined, she would have to keep her mouth shut and go back.

"Thanks," she said sarcastically as she opened the files while settling. "We have looked into your ideas and want some points to be added. Take a look at these documents and let me know what can be included so that I can make changes. "

She sat down on the couch, opening the files.

I started walking towards her to see what she had to show me, but things never went as planned. I tripped and fell forward towards Y/N, and when I say I fell, it's like a genuine fall. LIKE LITERALLY FELL.

My knee banged on the ground first, and I quickly spread my arm to avoid further disaster, but let's say that didn't help much, and my face was flat on the couch.

(For reference, Jimin is demonstrating for you all.)

To explain to you, my position right now is like a chicken laid on the counter after a fresh peel. Both hands and legs are spread apart.and I just knew one of my hands was laying over Y/N's lap—not the best palace it should be for the first time.

"You Okay?" I heard her voice.

"Yes, I am." I whispered. I kept my head as it was and turned my whole body with the support of just my head and a little bit of help from my hands. So basically, now I was sitting on the floor with my head resting on the sofa seat, with Y/N sitting just beside my head. I tilted my head just a bit to see her staring down at me. Her eyes were looking straight into my eyes switching from my left to right eyes.

This felt like the first time we were looking at each other's faces from this close. Or, at least for me, it is. Yeah, I am engaged to this girl, but we never crossed each other's personal space and kept our distance. This time, I was so close that I could see every bit of her. The colour of her lipstick and the shape of her earrings, the pretty beauty mark she has right on her cheek, and the freckles on her nose. Everything made such a difference to her beauty.

But have you ever heard that you look ugly from a lower angle? Yes Exactly. She looks ugly straight-faced, and from this angle, it is ugly. Her eyes were in distress. Her jaw looked like she was clenching on her teeth, and her eyebrow was slightly curved in.

"Ahem ahem," came a heavy voice.
