Victor Of; 72nd Hunger Games. She volunteered for a 12 year old girl who would be up against an older tribute. Everyone that year was older than her. Zenobia was sent her mother's bracelet and food by her District 4 sponsors even though she was competing for District 12.

Overview; As the Everwillow's are a richer family in the 12th district they had enough money that during the 65th Hunger Games Zenobia along with her family moved to District 4 to support Finnick Odair's family as Chickpea was childhood friends with his mother. After Finnick returned home he found Zenobia and Deezee on the beach mourning over the loss of their father. Zenobia had been so grief stricken she had spent everyday crying until she went to sleep. Finnick admitted to the siblings he still dreamt about the other tributes to get her to calm down. Four years before her reaping her family had moved back to District 12. Deezee got reaped for the 69th Hunger Hames and won, but was allowed to live in peace by the president as he still had his sister to train for the Games. He never did though. He taught her how to wield a weapon and make traps, but never did properly train her. When she was reaped and thrown into the games she never killed anyone. She trapped people and lured others to her, eventually losing them near the trapped person. Zenobia and Deezee moved into the District 12 Victors Village. There they met Haymitch.
