11| The Trip

Dani's POV

"Stripped to the waste we fall into the river cover you're eyes so you don't know the secrects.I've been trying to hide we heald our breath to see our names were wirtten on the reck of 86. That was the year I knew the panic was over."

I shut off my alarm and walked to the restroom. I used the restroom brushed my hair and brushed my teeth. I started the straightner and pickeed out my outfit.

I changed into my outfit and walked downstairs. I grabbed a granola bar and an orange juice. I walked to school, Listened to music, and ate my food. I walked onto the campus and got my books from my locker. Right when I closed my locker the bell rang. I walked into class and saw Shawn and Avery sitting with each other talking.

"Hey guys!" I said smiling

"Oh hey Dani!" Avery said smiling

"Hai." Shawn said smiling

I sat down and got ready for a boring day of school. Finally school ended and I walked home. I really didn't feel like driving with Shawn. I have no clue why... As I was walked I hummed You & I by Ingrid Michaelson.

"Don't you worry there my honey, we might not have any money but we got our love to pay the bills. Maybe I think you're cute and funny maybe I wanna do what bunnies do with you, If you know what I mean! Oh, let's get rich and buy our parents homes in the south of France let's get rich and give evrybody nice sweaters and teach them how to dance! Let's get rich and build house on a mountain making everybody look like ants! From way up there you and I you and I!" I sang to myself

"Well you might be a bit confused." Shawn sang walking up from behind me

"And you might be a little bit bruised." I sang

"But baby how we spoon like no one else. So I will help you read those books if you will sooth my worried looks." Shawn sang

"And we will put the lonesome on the shelf. Oh let's get rich and buy our parents homes in the south of France, let's get rich and give everybody nice sweaters and teach them how to dance. Let's get rich and build a house on a mountain making everybody look like ants. From way up there you and I you and I." We sang

"When did you get here?" I asked smiling

"I was actually walking and I saw you and came over here. I also heard you singing to I joined you." Shawn said smiling

"Oh." I said

"Yup. Well i'll see you tomorrow." Shawn said walking to his house.

"Bye." I said walking up to my house

I walked inside and heard Avia and Tanner talking.

"Avia?" I called walking towards the voices

"In here." Avia said from the kitchen

"Can you sign this for me?" I asked giving her the permission slip

"Yeah. What is it?" She asked grabbing a pen

"A permission slip for a field trip." I said

"Oh what field trip?" Tanner asked

"To disneyland." I said

"Oh. How long will you be gone?" Avi asked signing the paper

"Until next tuesday.." I said

"Oh snap." Tanner said

"Yup. It's for the last week of school." I said

"Oh well be careful. Don't forget to pack everything you need. Call when you get on the bus. Don't talk to strangers." Avia said

"Yes i know." I said walking upstairs

I put some music on and packed my stuff. I packed my stuff. I packed underwear, bras, socks, crop tops, regular T-shirts, highwasted shorts, pants, leggings, flannels, vans, converse, slippers, bathing suit or 2, glasses, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, phone charger, headphones, laptop, laptop charger. And my Jansport backpack. I checked the time and it was 7:30. I jumped in the shower got out and fell asleep. I have a big day of traveling to do tomorrow.
