Can I Even Do Anything In This World

(Gabi's POV)

When I looked at him he asked me, "Have we met before?" I was all confused when he asked me that, all I could do was play along and try not to say a thing, "Ummm.....no I don't we've met before, sorry." It was all I could say until I know I was gonna pass out, that's when he still caught me and takes me to his room to sleep on his bed, for me it felt like I was in bed for 10 days straight but when I was finally woken up he was right there beside me and then I groan from the sunlight and my terrible headache, that's when he heard and walked up to me and asked, "How are you feeling?" I looked at him and said, "Yeah except for this massive headache." He went to the side and gave me a glass of water and I grabbed it to drink it. I heard the door and he answered them to come in and all of his friends came in to check me out. The children ran straight toward me and gave me hugs, the others were just glad that I'm awake and they even gave me a gift, I thanked them and asked them a question, "Where am I? And how long was I asleep?" They all looked at each other and went straight to me and one of them said, "Sweetheart, you were out for almost 3 weeks." I was shocked when she said that, I was asleep for 3 weeks, I have never slept that long in my LIFE. They were all worried about me and one of them was gonna ask until I was interrupted by me saying, "I can't believe I slept for 3 weeks, I slept for 3 WEEKS!" They were so shocked when I yelled at the top of my lungs and I didn't even mean to but I was not happy that I slept for 3 weeks. I looked at them and they were shocked even the children, I reassured myself and said calmly, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to shoot like it's just that.....I never slept that long in my life, and I'm not at my house.... sighs, now I remember what happened....c-can I, can I use the uh, the pillow please." they all looked at me and the little girl grabbed it and gives it to me so that I can scream at it to make it all go away.

After I was done with my screaming insanity out of me I grabbed the pillow out of my face, took some deep breaths, and stood up to go outside to get some fresh air, "I can't believe I'm in 5DS! How am I gonna tell them that I don't belong here and that I know who they are and that means I have to  be careful and play along so that they know that I'm playing their games and not the other way around, okay so I have a game plan and that game plan is to not to tell them who I am and that I don't know in worlds foggiest things are going on as well, cool, cool." After she was done talking to herself about the awareness that might be going like questions that'll make her uncomfortable or anything else but that is totally up to them if they notice it. Still, for now, she is just gonna try to own it up and try to stay strong and not cause another breakdown, she finally went downstairs and saw them confusingly staring at her and looking at her she was already getting nervous and also regretting that she came downstairs, she kept on going downstairs and ignore them staring at her and just kept on going and sat down on her own on a stool and not even looking at them until she felt a touch on her shoulder.

(Yusei's POV)

When I touched her shoulder and she got jumped scared I told her that it was me and then she turns around with an almost shocked and angered and said, " Can you not do that!"  When she said that I apologized to her and she then turned away and did not look at me. I think she's having trust issues or she is playing to make us think that she's not from here, and to be completely honest  I think she's trying not to think that don't know anything about what just happened, I mean she can duel like no other in our minds and our personality but she is so different from the others and me and for some odd reason I-I wanted to protect her and I need to talk to her before she thinks that I'm crazy for tapping her shoulder, "Hey are you okay ?" she looked at me and then she turned around not facing me and said, " Yeah, I'm fine." That "yeah I'm fine", doesn't seem like she's fine at all so what I did was to start a conversation if I can. I looked at her and tried to start the conversation, "So can I ask you what your name is ma'am?" She looked at me then looked back and said, "Gabi, my name is Gabi Yugi." I looked at her and said, "That's a nice name Gabi, and I bet you are gonna ask me what my name is?" she thought about it and I can tell that she is playing and she doesn't know that I have noticed her strategy, "So what is your name then since you've asked what my name is?" She said and looked at me with those dazzling wonders of Hazel's eyes so I gave her a little chuckle and answered, "It's Yusei, Yusei Fudo." When she heard my name her head short of jolted up and look straight at me and she was shocked and then she looked back and did not look back again. "So where did u come from out of that portal?" She was scared out of shock and said, "I-I don't remember that much cause it happened so fast, and I-I-I'm sorry that's all I know." To be honest, I kinda feel bad for her that she doesn't even remember what happened but I know she's acting and I can still tell that she's scared so I tried to change it up, "so that card you had? It was pretty cool." She looked straight at me and said, "Oh this? Y-yeah I just got it to be honest so I'm technically new to all of this".  " And it was also my first time using a duel runner, to be honest, I was scared when I tried it in the first place and it kinda didn't end well but it was fun when I was trying it first and when I got the hang of it I got pretty used to it too, on how the wind breaths through your head just to clear things out and to relax your mind too." When I saw her smile it was cute and it was also heartwarming, I never felt this way in my life from her and I could tell she was special when we first met, but I think we can be great friends some days and maybe we can open up more and the more we opened up the more we can be even more than friends.

(No One's POV)

When Yusei was done thinking of what he just thought, he shook his head and looked at her, and said, "I can teach you more about dueling and also more about runners too if you like." That's when Gabi looked straight at him and said, "Yeah, I would definitely like that, thanks Yusei," when she said that it made him happy, and shook his head at her answer while smiling at her. When the whole gang saw that they were happy that she was smiling and started to trust some people one at a time. For the past couple of weeks, Gabi has been getting used to the gang mainly Yusei for some odd reason she is mainly closer and always so near to him even if it means that she needs to get more info on dueling, she's like a magnet to him and he didn't even mind it for like ever!?!  When Akiza was up and ready to practice she saw Gabi in the garage doing her runner a check to see if it was ready to run, she walked into the garage door and said, "Morning, did you sleep well?" She was too busy she couldn't hear her when she had her earbuds on, she was a bit shocked and then she went up to her and tapped her shoulder, "Hey, did you even listen to me at all?" Gabi felt the tap on her shoulder and she took off her earbuds while music is still playing and said, "I'm sorry, did you need anything or did you say something that was important?" When she that Akiza looked at her and saw how innocent she looked and then she put on a smile and said, "It's fine, all I said was morning and if you sleep well," Gabi looked at her and said, " I didn't sleep at all cause I couldn't sleep at some point, I always feel so I don't know, it feels like I need to do something in this town like how can I fit in? How can I even blend in with you guys at all? I feel like an outcast." When Akiza heard her say all of those things in one sentence, she was feeling some guilt in herself for asking if she slept well but, that is all gonna change when the rest of the gang came into the garage and they all said morning and all Gabi did was a head nod for saying morning to everyone and kept on going to work on her runner and that is when Yusei notice that she did not take any sleep at all and he got worried for what is happening to her and her body, Yusei went up to her and tapped her shoulder lightly she then turned straight to Yusei and took off one of her earbuds and straight at him and said, " Yes Yusei, is there something you would like to talk about?" Yusei grabbed both of her shoulders and looked straight into her eyes and said, " I think you need to stop doing your runner and get some sleep you look very tired." When he said that Gabi was about to say something then she faint on his shoulders and sleep's on and said, "I wish I can do anything  to do in this world."
