💫Accidental Meetup💫

I stretch my arms and stand up from my computer desk. I power off my computer and look around my room. 'Its so stuffy in here today, going outside would probably do me some good" I sigh out. I throw on a hoodie, put on and tie my shoes, and head out. 

I decide to take a walk to the park instead of driving. Feeling the breeze against my face felt really pleasant. I take a path around the park, enjoying the scenery. I close my eyes for just a moment, listening to the birds in the trees and feeling the wind, when all of a sudden someone runs into me, causing me to step back.

"Crap I'm so sorry- are you oka- Y/N? Whatre you doing here?"

I cant help but laugh "Yknow Kaiden, we really gotta stop meeting like this, it isn't good for your health"

She laughed with me and flicked my shoulder before crossing her arms. "Ha ha very funnyyy, I'm fine thank you very much, but now you have to join me on my walk! So says the rules" I tilt my head to his and hum, "what rules? I've heard of no such thing thank youuu". Kaiden let's out a huff of breath probably trying to think of what to say. "Hang out with me more often and you'll figure them out" she said finally, before grabbing my hand and forcing me with walk with him.

I'm a tad surprised, but I try not to make it awkward, following it behind them.

"You never texted me yknow" They said back to me as I caught up to their side. "I know I know, I've just been busy, but I'll text you as soon as I get home okay? I promise." Kaiden smiles and nods. "Pinkie promiseee?" I nod, and we do the sacred pinkie promise ritual. 

We continue to walk down the path, making small jokes and pointing out different things in the park. When all of a sudden he tugs at my shirt, causing me to stop, then points out to something in woods.

A small little orange fox slowly walks into view, two larger foxes who I can only assume was their family. Kaiden and I go dead silent, watching the little fox family walk along the forest edge. I smile, seeing the adorable scene in front of me. As they walk away, I feel I can finally exhale. I look over at Kaiden and see him still watching them walk off.

I gently nudge her. "Stare at them long enough and you'll learn to read their mind." She jumps slightly and laughs. "Gods I forgot where I was, wasn't that amazing though? They were so cute!" I can't help but smile more and hum, "Agreed it was great! I'm wo glad we got to see that, thanks for stopping me! If you hadn't I would have completely missed it!" He smiles and gives a happy nod before dragging me off again.

We continue to walk, chatting about the fox family, other spottings of animals we've seen, and more. We decide to stop and sit on a bench since we had gotten tired of walking. I thought I had heard something, but I chose to ignore it. We keep talking about random things, until a faint buzzing was heard. Kaiden froze again, so I assumed there was another animal causing me to look around. When I didn't see anything, I looked back over and noticed a bee buzzing around her. I took a closer look at her expression, and noticed that she was starting to tear up. She looks frozen with fear. I gently shooed the bee away, luckily not getting stung, and run his arm.

"Kaiden? Are you alright? You looked petrified-"

He gently shook out the fear he had and gave me am appreciative smile. "Thank you- honestly- I have this huge fear of bees- and wasps- and anything that relates to a bee- it just freaks me out so much-" they hug me out of relief and I smile patting their head. "I'm just glad you're okay, how do you feel now?" He runs a hand through his hair, "Much better, thank you again! I am getting a tad hungry though, since we've been walking a while, would you like to go find somewhere where we can grab a bite?"

CHOICE 1:

My stomach growls making her laugh. "I would love to! I haven't eaten in a hot minute, so I'd love to accompany you!" Kaiden smiles, and stands up. "Let's go then! Any idea where you'd like to go?" I think for a minute and my eyes light up. "My favorite place to eat is in walking distance! How does that sound?" Then it seemed to be time for Kaidens stomach to growl, causing her to nod aggressively. "Yes please Im starving- and you're really giving this please justice because it sounds so good- I assume the food is good then?" I roll my eyes jokingly and flick their arm, "Clearly, if they didn't why would it be my favorite place to eat out? That doesn't make any since you dork, now come on let's go!" She laughs as I stand up and drag her behind me as we speed walk there. (Go to chapter 'Text. String')

CHOICE 2:

I think for a moment, then tilt my head. "Hmm, what time is it at the momemt?" Kaiden checks his phone. "1:38pm why?" My eyes widen as I stand up. "Gah- I have to get home I'm so late- maybe we can reschedule though! I really do want to show you this place I love to eat at!" Kaiden smiles and stands up as well, bumping into my side gently. "Well to do that you *would* have to text me," I laugh and pull out my phone. "I told you, when I get homeee, but we should plan something sometime! Bye Kaiden I'll text you later!" Kaiden smiles and gives a final wave, "Cya Y/N! Get home safe!" (Go to bonus chapter '???????')

Its 5:10 in the morning and I still have to write two more chapters- I'm too obsessed with this- and barely anyone is reading it- two of my friends so far are reading this I need help- anywho, I hope you two are enjoying this, love you guys! And write some comments man, I want to read something funny about my storiesss T^T
