I re-woke on the sidewalk infront of my house. Carlos was nudging me aggressively, pain stabbed my arm every time he pushed on it. I lifted it, smacking him hard in the cheek. He screamed. "Hey! You were asleep. Not my fault, we need to keep moving." He choked. I glanced up to see a red sky. We really need to get moving. I crawled onto my feet and I followed him down the sidewalk.
We chatted about recent memes as we continued for the slight downhill of land when the sky dramatically darkened. Oh fuck, here we go again. I grabbed Carlos by the shirt collar and dragged him the opposite way, I knew, there was some sort of anomaly creeping around and I didn't want to see it. Carlos made it very clear that he didn't want to see it either. I forced my legs to keep moving, mysterious groaning caused my head to look back. A tall, no faced white creature was stumbling towards us. "What the actual hell??" Carlos hissed. He stopped in his tracks to take a closer look. He grabbed my wrist, that is when I noticed a bright blue string connecting our hands together. Hm. All this day dreaming let the creature catch up to us, we're fucked and we both know it. Before it got too close, everything grew black. Only the creature was visible. It swiped at us and we were teleported to an abandoned facility.
A hallway.. Wait.. My skating arena? Don't I always go here? "Carlos.." I muttered realization slapping me hard in the face, looking around. "Julia?" He shook. I nodded. "The white should be the exit. I've played this game before." I nodded again and he stepped onto the checkered tiles. Red.. Black.. Red.. Carlos ran for a black tile, and disappeared. I stuttered. He's gone. A screen popped up right before my eyes. It showed a picture of Carlos, but a cross covered his eyes. My hand all of a sudden started screaming in pain, it felt as if it were being cut by knives and detaching from my arm, and a red glow started overwhelming the blue string. I pushed the screen away, and leapt on the first red tile. It glowed. I'm fine.
Groan.. groan.. those groaning noises won't stop. The creature appeared again. In shock I leapt for the next red tile, then the next, until I've reached the end. I thrusted myself into the glowing wall, and my vision went back.
LEVEL ONE.. PASSED.
..finally.

Is this a dream? - COMPLETED
AdventureThis is based off of a dream that I've had a while ago, it wouldn't leave my mind so I had to write it down. Remember that this is your persepective, I wrote "I" instead of "You" or a character because this was my dream and how I saw it. Don't blame...
