Febuary 7/ 1912
"I'm Richard, Richard William, nice to meet you too Mr Millhouse... Are you here to investigate the crime scene?" he questioned "Well indeed, I came here in my peers place, he got the flu sadly and I want to ask you, how come the diamond mine company would be jealous of lower class stores such as yours? I'm not trying to be rude but they make millions per year, while from your records you only make hundred of thousands". This brushed harshly on the owner until he answered "I have jewellery not even they have, look" he handed Robert a picture of a diamond, one that is big as his palm on it's own. "See!" "Impressive, how did you get your hands on it?" Robert asked, to which Mr William was hesitant at first and said "I bought it from South Africa, where the diamond mines are". Robert gave him a piercing glare, which made Richard chill to the bone. "And when did you buy it?" he asked the owner "Um, last year on November". "Well that's interesting, because just that year a similar diamond like that was believed to be stolen on that month" hearing this me and Lucas stopped writing, we looked to each other, then to Mr William. Sweat poured down his face and his pupils were thin, he laughed at Roberts words "Sir, what are you saying?" he asked. "May you give me a photo of the diamond?" Robert requested to which Mr William did not reply. He grabbed the photo which was still in the mans hand and had a look at it before he could even react. "What in the world are you doing?!" he yelled at him, Robert brought out a file that has the name on it: Zanzibar diamond 09. "The shape and size is similar to the Zanzibar diamond, what a coincidence that you got it on the same year and month that diamond was stolen, by the 40 thieves" Mr William did not say a word at that point on. "Mr William?" Robert tried to get him to talk, but instead he ran. With little options left for him, he ran after him through the back door, while me and Lucas tries to process the situation that just happened. We stood in the room while three police officers who saw the scene ran to the door, only for it to be locked. We explained the situation to them and how Mr William might have stolen the precious Zanzibar diamond.
Meanwhile Robert was facing off with shotgun aimed at his head by Mr William. "Sir, let's talk like rational citizens please-" "Not in a hundred years Mr Millhouse" he said with his finger on the trigger an inch away from pulling it. Robert wasn't scared, knowing him he is one of the top agents in the IPA and has worked in countries such as Germany and New York city in America. His face was calm along with his body "Sir, you can explain to me, I won't try to guilt trip you, if there is something that the 40 thieves did to you, tell me". He said to him with a serious face and a sturdy voice, Mr William fiddled with the trigger a bit more with sweat running down his face more and his breath blowing heavily making the shotgun sweat. His hand ended up slipping and a loud bang was heard upstairs. Startling me, Lucas and the police men they then proceeded to try and break down the door. Honestly, it kind of scared me.
"We have a few moments till the police arrive sir" Robert explained with the shot right above his head with only a single scratch on his cheek. Mr William had tears running down his face as he dropped his weapon and down to his knees. He went into a heavy sob and said something but was blocked off from his tears and snot. "Tell me everything" he demanded, after a minute or two, the police arrived to the room. They arrested the man and went down the stairs, Robert went down the stairs and I approached him "Mr Millhouse, haven't seen you in a while" I said to him. Along with Lucas following behind me, he looked to me with his piercing gaze and opened his mouth to speak "Who are you?". A wave of embarrassment washed over me along with confusion "Wait, you don't remember?!" he shook his head. I never felt so silly in my life, I remembered we talked to each other during a mission a while back "1910, in Italy?" as soon as I said that he remembered. "Oh yes, you wore that same red ribbon in your hair" I nodded my head and got Lucas in front "You might know Mr Smith" he turned to Lucas which made Lucas feel a bit scared by his face. "Oh yes, Mr Santiago we talked before" Mr Santiago? I didn't know who that was, I only knew Mr Smith, then it hit me. "Wait, your name is actually Santiago, not Smith?!" I said to him in shock, he nodded "It's to make sure people would respect me a bit more". I understood him and nodded my head.
