Alexandra's P.O.V

I was sitting in my usually place on the Hogwarts train. It was my fourth year and I was less than excited. Thanks to the wonderful people in my house, I was hardly ever allowed to talk to anyone. Well not all the people in my house. Just Draco. That stupid man may be my brother, but I can take care of myself thank you! The only people I can talk to are Draco and Blaise. Technically, I am allowed to have conversations with Crabbe and Goyle, but they hardly count as people. As I waited for everyone to come, I heard Angie's voice coming in the corridor. "Angelina?" I asked as she came past wear I was seated. "Alex!!! Get over here! I haven't talked to you in like 3 years!" She said, sitting into the seats direct across the corridor from mine. With her was her sister Luna, Dawn and Rose, the only two who had stuck together throughout the years. I hesitated before coming to join them. What if Draco saw me? But I shook that thought out of my head. It was only for a little right? So I walked over and sat beside Angelina. "Guys aren't you excited?!? We're finally in fourth year! We get to go to the Yule Ball!!!" Rose gushed excitedly. We all knew the only reason she was happy was because she was almost positive her long-time crush, George Weasley, was going to ask her to it. Honestly, none of us doubted her. Rose looked at the corridor and her smile quickly faded. I turned to look where she was looking. And there he stood. Draco Malfoy. "Alexandra Kibret Malfoy! Get your butt into the other compartment!" He yelled angrily, glaring daggers at all my friends. "Draco! Calm down" I said quietly getting up. "How dare you hang out with these mudbloods and blood traitors! I'll be telling father about this if you don't get out!" Draco furrowed his brow in a threatening face. Angie stated at him in awe. What is she doing? "Fine whatever," I grunted and turned to leave into the compartment that I was in earlier. I heard Draco mumble some words to Crabbe and Goyle, but ignored it. As we both entered the compartment, I closed the door hastily "What the hell were you doing back there?!? Are you crazy? Those are my friends!" I yelled, but consciously to make sure the entire train didn't hear. "I was simply making sure you knew that you are not to talk to them. I highly doubt any of them are of actually status" Draco held his head high with pride. "Um one, Angelina's real father was of very high status and two, status doesn't matter! I'm tired of only hanging out with you and Blaise!" I yelled, this time not caring who heard. "Whoa, what about me and my sexiness?" Blaise waltzed into the compartment, taking a seat beside Draco. Despite my current mood, I couldn't help but chuckle at his cockiness. Draco and Blaise soon immersed in conversation leaving me to be the awkward third wheel. Just before I was about to grab a book, there was a knock on the open door. "Um.. Can I sit here?" A small Asian Hufflepuff spoke quietly. He looked up, and his eyes widened as he saw Draco and Blaise. Draco was about to say a rude remark, but I spoke before him. "Sure! We wouldn't mind- would we brother?" I gave Draco a harsh look . He scowled but didn't protest to the boy sitting with us. I smiled as the boy sat down beside, closing the door behind him. "So, what's your name?" I asked nicely. "Justin" he replied slightly louder than his previous tone. It was good that he wasn't that shy. I saw him pull a book out of his bag. It was "The Runaway King" I remembered reading it back when I had muggle foster parents. "Hey I've read that book!" I exclaimed happily, pointing at the cover. "Really?" Justin smiled widely. Soon we were talking all about our favorite books and characters.. And basically anything else. I smirked as I saw Draco staring angrily through the corner of my eye. This was going to be a good year.
