While my internal conversation is going on I don't notice that Noah has turned around and completely hid me behind him, entertained the brujà (witch) " Hey Nat, what are you doing here? "
" I should be asking you the same, what are you doing here? Is your practice over? Why didn't you text me? I have been calling you for an hour now. Also what are you doing on this side of the school ? You don't have any class on this side of the building nor is the boy's locker room around here. And who is that behind you? Are you cheating one me?" ranted Natalie.
Man can the girl talk. Take a breath or you'll die choking on your own breath..hahahaha. Imagine the brujà dying choking on her own breath. What a reason to die for 😆
Walking towards Natalie, Noah tries to calm her down," Whoa slow down girl, take a breath", taking this as an opportunity I quickly close my locker and slip away from behind him unnoticed by the couple and go hide behind a locker at a little distance. Pointing a thumb in the direction at the place I was standing Noah explains "I was just talking to Ellie here" and turns around to find my spot empty and in my place is cold air. The púta bends around him to look at the place he is pointing at and then turns to him with a raised brow. A giggle slips my mouth looking at a shocked and confused Noah who scrambles to steady himself and fumbles saying " But ...but ...She was right here a second ago, I don't know where she went ...". Not letting him finish she screeched again " Stop lying using that fatso". My heart saddened hearing her and a tear slipped downy eye. Before I could wipe it a hand reached out and wiped it. My eyes followed the hand to the owner who was none other than my bestie. Then she pulled me into a hug and I knew what she wanted to say even though she didn't say it.
A loud shriek made us jump apart. Huddling behind the locker where I had been hiding, we both peeked out to find a frustrated Noah with a crazy Natalie throwing accusations his way, "I know you were here with Tanya, cheating on me with that skank. That bitch has been trying to steal you from me since the day she transferred to this school. And now she finally succeeded in getting to you. Now you love her don't you !"
"SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UPP!! I AM NOT CHEATING ON YOU!!! I WAS WITH ELLIE HERE!!! She might have slipped out when I turned to talk to you. And don't call Ellie fatso, if you haven't noticed, she's lost a lot of pounds", Noah hollered out.
Hearing him defend me in front of his girlfriend shocked me to the core making my heart tingle. Stunned at his outburst Natalie had turned into a statue, with her mouth opening and closing like a fish. She looked real funny. Realising he was done talking, she gained her composure and suddenly her whole demeanor changed, with an evil glint in her eye she sluttily strutted towards Noah in her VERY high heels. Moving too close to him to my likeness, she whispered, " Prove it."
Huh? Puzzled, Noah stared at her and asked, " What? How ? " With her one arm around his neck and with her other hand she started stringing her fake manicured finger across his face she said " Prove that you are still mine. Kiss me!"
Haww that mean bitch!
Baffled at her demand Noah responded," No! I will not kiss you just to prove my feelings to you. You have to have that trust in me, guess you don't. And any relationship without trust should would not survive long, so it's best if we end it here"
Allie and I who had been eavesdropping the whole conversation were shocked out of our wits. We turned to look at each other and the at the couple in front of us.
As happy as Noah's last statement made me, the same was not the case for Natalie, afraid to loose her position as the girlfriend of the Captain of the football team she lept at him and kissed him hard, causing Noah to loose his balance and catching hold of her at her thighs. The scene broke my heart and I quickly left from there followed by Allie running behind me to console me and make sure I am okay.
Reassuring her that I am fine I pushed her to go to her class as it was almost time for the lectures to start. I headed towards the washroom to compose myself. As soon as I reached the washroom I started taking deep breaths and get my feelings under control, then splashed some cold water on my face. Taking a tissue just as I was dabbing my face dry, I heard the door to the washroom open and sound of familiar High heels clicking echoed in the washroom annoucing the identity of the person that had intruded my alone time.
" So here you are Eleanor Evans, hugh! Who do you think you are running around Noah, trying to get his attention. You think you have a chance with him. Noah is MINE!! DO YOU GET THAT BITCH! " she erupted in her dry sultry voice. Appalled at her sudden outburst I wanted to retort saying, 'First of all I am not running behind Noah, if anything he is the one who followed me today. Second he is not an object you can own, he is a free person who can make his own choices and decisions. Stop bossing him around like a huntress, Brujà.'
But I ended ups saying, " Don't you have anything else to do Natalie. Go cake your face, before your make up vanishes making you look like a ghost."
I turned around and stormed out of the washroom.
