{Lily's POV}
It was time. I have to tell Dan. Calm down Lily. You can do this. Just tell him calmly. "Dan?" I said shyly. "Yeah babe?" He said looking up from his phone. "We need to talk." I said pulling my sleeves over my hands. "Whats up?" He asked rubbing my arm. "I don't know how to say this.....I....." I trailed off. He pulled me in close and said "I love you Lil. It's okay". I took a deep breath. "I think I'm pregnant." I said quickly. He was in complete shock but somehow managed to still have a smile on his face. He cleared his throat and said "Have you taken a test?". "I bought one a while ago....I just wanted you to be there when I find out." I said holding him tight. "I'm there with you every step of the way. I love you." He said grabbing my hand. I took the test out of the box and went into the bathroom. I could hear Dan sitting outside the door.
This was literally the worst time for the clock to go any slower. I was shaking. 5.....4......3.....2......1......I swear my heart stopped. I didnt want to look down. I picked up the test without looking, opened the door, handed the test to Dan. His eyes lite up like fireworks. He looked up at me with the biggest smile I have ever seen. His dimples glowing. He grabbed my hands and whispered "Looks like we're going to be parents". I picked me up and spun me around. He slowly lowered me back down to the ground and kissed me.
{Dan's POV}
I couldn't help but smile. I was going to be a dad! This was one of the best moments in my life. We were going to get married and have a son or a daughter. Lily is the best thing that has ever happened to me and now we were going to have a baby. When I see that little face for the first time.......I am going to be the happiest man on the planet. I can't imagine a different life. This was my life and I was finally where I belonged.
