3 October 1991 Germany, where there was once a wall that separated one country into 2 Different Ideologies, Democracy and Communism, however at the mark of 1989-1990 the wall has been separated and the Government finally united into One Country, the Federal Republic of Germany, although they have united as one country, Germany is still struggling about the next decision of their new Future awaits them.
In cities of Germany, most of the people do their usual things either walking to their workplace, cars were seen moving in line in the traffic, and the guy selling newspapers to strangers about the new weather forecast that will tell them there will be a huge storm tomorrow, however, they will not realize the storm will end all of the connections of their old world, into the world where they must be strong in every aspect to survive.

In Bundestag, many people were seems sitting at desks signing paperwork and drinking coffee with their cookies, there is one who seems stressed out not other than the Chancellor, after the reunification, they couldn't take any rest due to much paperwork the government has given to them, and most of them are urgent matters that can't be let it sit idly, to make matters worse, the economic recession although not severe to apply higher price than usual, these will be affecting the country in next years.
"Goddamn, this paperwork coming like no tomorrow, how chaotic this aftermath of reunification can't just make my job like hell more than anything" the Chancellor groaned with any sign of sleeping at his desk
The Chancellor wants to complain however they choose not to after a knock was heard on their door, indicating someone needs to meet them
"Come in" the Chancellor tries to sound not angry although the tone still can indicate the Chancellor needs heavy sleep
The door was opened by a man with an average height figure, wearing a dark brown suit with light brown pants, in his collar he wears a black tie. His hair looks with the normal dress code of usual middle-class workers with black color
"Greetings my Chancellor, I have carried good news, and bad news, which one do you need to hear first?" The man asked the Chancellor
"No need to stiff yourselves here Hess, I am maybe not in good mood but I don't want my co-workers affected by my mood, so what is the good news?" The Chancellor asked the man who is called "Hess"
"So the good news Chancellor- ahem Kohler, Our economy will rise after our small demilitarization, although our firepower will not be the same again until next 30 years" Hess informed Kohler about the good news
"And the Bad News? How bad is it?" Kohler asked Hess again
"So, our new weather forecast prediction is that a giant storm will be approaching our country, this is strange due to natural storms will not have this much size," Hess tells Kohler about the bad news
"How is that such a bad thing? Usually, people will stay at home and we will not concerned about the problem of this, although it sure quite a problem" Kohler casually trying to shrug it off
"We don't know sure, the weird thing is the storm is only engulfing us, the border guards said it doesn't spread across our neighbors" Hess tries to convince him about the serious action
"I see, that's a bad sign of something, however, we need to assure we are safe to the citizens" Kohler nonchalantly said, ignoring most of the problems that might cause their nation at the stake

At the German-France Border near Alsace
One of the guards rested on the post that divides the border of the Germany-France, where the guards stood near the borders not leaving their posts until a storm engulfs the German skies, completely ignoring the French ones, confusion arises, and the German guards raises their heads to see the skies getting darker, however in France, they were still sunny, indicating the storm only engulfing Germany without provocation, the guards quickly noticed a smoke covers their places, confusing them resulting in the attempt of smoke clearing and streams of light comes from the flashlight the guards carried, however, they can't see anything much for the futile attempt, they contacted the government about the strange events.

After hours of the storm that engulfs Germany whole, the clouds begin to clear out the skies, and sighs of relief were heard until some realization that will change the German future.
"Sir! We have bad news, we can't find our neighboring countries, they were gone, replaced with a sea of deep waters, our Navy suffered heavy problems with these deep waters sir" the Defense Ministry panicked with a sudden change of German geography
"Indeed sir, our border guards were panicked that are supposed to be neighbor countries were replaced by the seawater, also our cargo ships and planes who were heading out of Germany were transported back into our docks and airstrips" the others added, confirming these strange events
"I heard you all loud and clear, shall we implement our forces to calm the mass, we shall attend the emergency meeting for these events, and for our future actions, we do not want our rash actions to create another problem as maybe we lose the contacts with the whole world in a change of our scenery," the President said, deciding of what will Germany do

In Bundestag, many people seemed to discuss the future of Germany, attended by the President and Prime minister with the parliament members
"Sir, we need to find another trade partner, without any resources, we doubt we can only survive for 40 days!" The Ministry of Energy claimed
"The public also went panic due to our outskirts of the village near the borders saw the event and starts talking about the conspiracy about the divine punishment, we need to quickly assess the situation" the Ministry of Human Resources added
With the Bundestag condition being not conducive, the President decides to speak up, silencing the rest waiting for what the president will say
"Ladies and Gentleman, I am afraid that we already faced the situation where we are completely alone but we need to assure you all Germans that we will not easily give up yet, we will find the Trade partners shall we say that we will send the ex-East German forces to conduct the scouting shall we found another nation, we will assure the diplomacy, with lack of suitable deep water ships which only remains the destroyer itself, we only have these small chances, and also we need to apply right rationing our remaining supplies to prolong our nation survivability, I hope that we could survive into next 40 days if the next day after 40 days we didn't manage to get the trade partners, may god save us for no one else can" the President exclaimed
The rest understood what the President means, with the rest of the decisions made, they quickly enact the new law and quickly search for new lands of diplomacy
