No Heart (Uta X female ghoul reader)

#5 the shop

After i was done eating breakfast with Hinami I went to my room and checked up on my wounds. They were healing or better said i didn't have a gaping hole in my body anymore. Thank goodness for ghoul healing. I thought to myself about what Yomo said. Did Uta really go looking for me after I got trapped by big madam? I started to blush a little. Maybe i should pay him a visit today.

I got some clothes out of the closet in my room and put them on it was a pair of black cargo pants with a chain on them, a black turtle neck and some combat shoes.

I went downstairs and said my goodbyes to Nishiki and Touka. Once I was outside of anteiku i started heading towards the 4th ward. After walking a bit and taking a bus I arrived in the 4th ward. Now you may be asking why take the bus if your a ghoul? Well it was day and I was just lazy.

I started to head towards the shop. Before I left I asked the adres. I used Google maps and after walking about a few minutes i arrived at the shop. Hysy it's a bit of a weird name but it has something to it. I entered the shop and was met with a bunch of masks and a checkered floor.

I walked around admiring the masks one by one. Suddenly i felt breathing in my neck and turned around. When i turned around i was met by the eyes of a familiar ghoul. He looked at me with suspicion and questions in his eyes.

"Who are you?
Haven't seen you
Around here before."

I laughed a bit.

"Oh believe me
You know me."

He looked at me with a confused face. He stepped closer and started to hover over me.

"Your smell..."

"It's faintly familiar."

I looked at him with a fake sad face.

"Only faintly?
You disappoint
Me Uta."

I put my hands on the sides of his face and gave him a light headbutt. It's something we used to do every time we met up with the clowns. Don't question it i know it sounds and looks weird but believe me its funny to do. His eyes widened and his mouth opened.

"Y/n..."

"No that's impossible
You...I mean she's dead"

"Do I look dead to you?"

I started to smile at him and he looked at me dumbfounded. I put my hand on his shoulder nudging him to sit down on the chair not to far behind him. Once he sat down i started telling him the same story i told at anteiku.

Uta looked at me and he gave me a faint smirk.

"If your really y/n
activate your
kagune then."

I did as i was told and activated both my kagunes. The smirk on Uta's face grew bigger.

"So after all those
years our y/n is
still alive huh"

"U won't get rid
of me that easily"

After that the both of catched up a bit with eachother. We talked about our time with the clowns and all the fun times we had together with Itori and Yomo. After talking me if i got a job at anteiku. He wanted to know if he should visit more often or not. I scoffed...simp but anyways i told him no and then he offered me a job. I could start helping him in the shop, creating masks and selling them.

Of course i agreed to this immediately cause like i could one create dope masks and two i would be spending time with a hot ass ghoul so a win win situation.

After that he started to show me around the shop and told me where everything was. He even showed me around his apartment, including the bedroom. God do i wish he would just push me inside that room but we'll keep that thought to ourselves...for now~

After talking a bit more it was evening already. I said my goodbyes to Uta and started to head back to Anteiku. Once i arrived at Anteiku i saw that the shop was already closed for customers so i could freely talk to Nishiki and Touka. I walked inside the shop and greeting yoshimura who was downstairs. After that i headed upstairs and gathered Touka and Nishiki.

Once we were all in my room i closed the door and Touka looked at me.

"Spill it"

I looked at her and laughed.

"Okay okay i will"

I told them about how i met Uta and how we talked about the past and our fun times. Then i told them about my job offer and they looked shocked. He really gave you that job offer? They asked i nodded and they were surprised. Apparently he never wanted an assistant before.

After that i listened to how their day was. Apparently someone spilled coffee al over Nishiki and he got just a little bit mad at the customer. I had to laugh at that one so hard. I could already imagine the face on Nishiki. God it was hilarious.

They had left my room and i decided to read some good old fanfiction. What i had veen locked up for 4 years straight  it was time that i let the horny beast out. And so i started my fanfiction. It was good but i especially liked the juicy part. (sorry if u don't like these parts)

After the fanfiction i headed to bed. After a short while of thinking i finally fell asleep.

I woke up and dressed. The look of today were the same pants as yesterday just a different top. This time i wore a dark grey t-shirt with short sleeves. I out on the same combat shoes and headed downstairs to go have breakfast.

I quickly shoved the meat down my troat since i was almost running late on my first day. I decided the bus was going to be too slow so i startedto jump from roof to roof all the way to the 4th ward.

Once i arrived in the 4th ward i jumped from the roof in an alley way and started to head back to the shop.

I entered the shop and was greeted with a slightly smiling Uta.

"I see that u have arrived"

"Yes i have"

"Ready to get to work?"

"Of course i am Uta"

"Btw y/n i forgot to
mention this yesterday
but your prettier
then i imagined ."

I quickly said thanks and turned around acting as if i was looking at some masks. I was blushing, didn't want him to see that.

Uta told me what i had to do while we waited for customers. I re-stocked the threads and needles. Also ordend some leather and other fabrics. Our first customer walked in. Uta looked at me and he told me the customer was all mine. It was a young male ghoul.
