She was the Angel of Love
She would guide the hearts of those who wish to love.
One day she visited a king
Whom was looking for a queen
The king saw her and that could not be
The angel of love was a pure beauty
So the king imprisoned her in a golden cage
He made her queen but it was still a cage
She could not leave
She could not talk
But dance and look beautiful for the king
The heavens closed her doors
As the angels of love were forbidden to let humans see them
As their beauty will make no other love easy
So she stayed in the cage until her wings were stripped
And her beauty grew old
For many years after the king had passed
And his kingdom had collapsed.
