"Jello"

KC looked up at Zane from her hospital bed. He looked worried. And he had his mask off.

"Nana?" he said, panting. Did he run here? Doctors surrounded them, and KC was confused where she was. Did she pass out?

"Where am I?" she asked. Zane held her hand.

"The hospital," he told her. "They're taking you into emergency c-section."

KC didn't feel anything, and was passed out most of the procedure. But she knew that her twins were premature. This scared her. Had she gone into labor? She didn't remember much. 

Aphmau was in the waiting room with Ein and Pierce. Ein and Pierce were confused on what was going on, and Aphmau was worried.

Zane sat next to KC on the hospital bed. Aphmau sat at the end of the bed. KC's eyes fluttered open, seeing them each hold a baby. 

"They let us sneak them from the NICU for 5 minutes," Zane giggled, handing one of the babies to KC. She took the baby and her eyes geared up. 

She was perfect. Black hair. Blue eyes. Meif'wa ears and tail. She had KC's nose, and Zane's thin lips. Zane had the other baby in his arms now. Black hair, yellow eyes, human. Perfect combinations of Zane and herself.

A nurse came in and took the babies. After so, Zane and KC discussed the names.

The yellow eyed one is Nova.

The blue eyed one is Zoey.

The next day

"Miss Ashida, Mr Ro'Meave," a nurse entered the room solemnly. Zane raised an eyebrow.

"I'm sorry to inform you that Nova Ro'Meave has passed away due to an undeveloped lung."
