CARDINALS POV

This Seawing she could relate to. Out of all the dragons, he could. She watched as Axolotl put the last details of the Seawing Palace on the sketch. "Now make things around it." She thought for a moment and saw the beauty of the Seawing Palace. "Um hey Cardinal? Should I be showing you pictures of the SUPER SECRET PALACE?" Axolotl echoed the last part loudly. "I won't tell anyone." Cardinal wouldn't tell anyone secrets so this should be easy. Wait if I had to choose, a random Seawing or my mothers? Or my army? OR QUEEN? She shook her head and got rid of the thought. Axolotl traced the sky and then statues and rocks and all sorts of fish."Done" Axolotl looked at Cardinal then he looked back. "I paint the sky first. What time are you doing?" Cardinal usually did day on palaces and apparently Axolotl wanted to, too. "I want it to glow, like in the mornings." Axolotl finished looking happy. I hope he paints good. I hate when people mess the sky up. "Here Seawing." Cardinal gave Axolotl yellow and light blue and colors like that because the palace was underwater.

As Axolotl painted the sky he talked. "I lived at the palace untill 1 moon ago when I moved to the hut. I moved out of the hut a few days ago when I came here for some extra scales for my family." Cardinal did this for a chance with Cactus because her mothers thought she could. She loved her parents more than any thing. Cardinal focused on the brush stroke Axolotl was making. He is doing better than when I first started.

Axolotl finished up the sky as and looked tired. "I guess doing the same thing OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN gets me tired too." Cardinal looked at Axolotl then said "You can sleep on my bed if you want. Or the couch. Whatever you would like. I'm staying up." Axolotl went to the bed which was the most near and curled up with his wings spread out behind him and the rest of his body in a ball.

How dare that princess like MY friend? If she so much as TOUCHES HIM she is DEAD.

Cardinal looked blankly at a wall then heard a knock on the door then heard
Talonsteps going away from the door. Cardinal got up and went to the door. She opened it and grabbed a package and as quick as she opened it, she closed the door. She brought the package over to her desk and it was labeled

           Fragile. Live animal inside.        

                         This way up.                

Cardinal walked over to a empty enclosure with a lot of dirt, branches, and rocks in it. She said her sharp, white claw against the tape on the top very carefully and opened it to see a bag. Cardinal grabbed a snake grabber thing just in case it wasn't tame even though they said it was. She silently and quickly opened the bag and grabbed the snake with her tool.The snake was a Reticulated Python. It looked around, flicked it's tounge a few times, then Cardinal let the Brown and red'ish snake slither into the enclosure. It checked the Cage out then slid underneath one of the many logs.

Cardinal walked slowly over to her bed and went onto the farthest side of Axolotl and closed her heavy eyes.
