Chapter 3

I wake up at 7 am as per usual and sit at the table scrolling on my phone when I get loads of notifications from a random group chat

Mary-Kate: I'm assuming this is Idalia

Idalia: That's me who are you guys?

Ashley: We're Lizzies sisters

Idalia: Ohhhh right I met you guys what's up

Mary-Kate: Well she isn't answering her phone so we just wanted to know if you know anything

Idalia: Oh yeah she's sleeping right now she's at mine and her phone was completely broken

Ashley: Wait she's at yours?

Idalia: Yeah she called and said she didn't feel safe staying with anyone else

Mary-Kate: Can we call her?

Idalia: Well she's sleeping right now and I don't want to wake her up after the day she's had so once she's up i'll give you guys a call

Ashley: Alright just call me we're together anyways

Idalia: Good to know and don't worry i'll make sure she's safe

Mary-Kate: Thank you

Idalia: It's no problem

After some more pointless scrolling on instagram I see it's 8am and start making pancakes for Liz and Aurora knowing she's gonna be here soon.

Once I plate everything I hear a knock on the door and see a little body running at me.

"Hey princess i've made pancakes they're on the table you can go inside"

"Thanks auntie"

I look at my very tired sister with a sympathetic smile,

"How you doin sis?"

"I'm tired, since Noah left us i've been running around doing jobs and trying to take care of her it's just difficult"

"If you need money just ask you know i'm here for you"

"I can't you know that"

"But you can no one's stopping you"

"If things get that bad then I will, do you mind dropping her of at school tomorrow?"

"Of course I don't mind"

"Thank you you're the best I need to go i'm already running late love you"

"Love you too see you tomorrow"

I close the door and feel a small body attach to my leg so I pick her up

"Auntie who's that?" she says whilst hiding her face in my neck

"That's my friend Lizzie do you wanna go say hi" I feel her shake her head no and laugh, "What if I told you that's wanda and she's undercover right now?"

She jumps down to go see for herself and slowly approaches her as liz crouches down to her height

"Are you really wanda?" she asks looking down at the ground

"Yes I am little one" she gets into character straight away and puts on the accent,

I see Aurora's face light up as she jumps at Liz to hug her making them fall to the ground in a fit of laughter,

"Why are you at my aunties house?"

"Because this is a special safe house i'm currently on a mission"

She accepts the answer and we sit around the table eating pancakes
