Chapter 5 🌳Kendall's POV🌳 ✨1 Week Left✨ I woke up and saw my family towering above me. I sat up and got instant hugs. I hugged them all back, but quickly as possible. I needed to see Kenzie. I spent the morning with my family and found the guard had told them the news. I finally had a chance to get away and went straight to Kenzie's house. People didn't really know me other than the girl who won. They gave me an assortment of looks. One woman burst out crying. She looked just like Daniel. I decided to take my chances. "He loved you more then anything," I said to her and she stopped crying. Her face lit up just a little bit though the sadness still lingered. I left it at that and continued to Kenzie's. she opened the door and pulled me inside. "Thank God you came! My family won't let me leave! Plus we need to talk," she burst out. Her voice lowered when she said the last sentence. I nodded. "I have a plan though," she said. A devious smile filled her face. || What do ya think it is?
