THIRD PERSON'S POV

Flashback..

Gian was playing at a park when someone bumped into him.

"Ouch!" Gian said, he stood up and looked annoyingly at the girl who bumped him. She was wearing eyeglasses and he even noticed that she has braces.

"This girl is a nerd." Gian said to himself.

"Sorry, hindi ko sinasadya. Sorry talaga." The girl apologetically said. She even checked if he was hurt.

"Don't you have eyes? Didn't you see me?"

"English English ka pa, pangit ka naman, hindi bagay." The girl softly said, as if she was afraid that the boy might hear her.

"What did you just say? Huh?" Gian pushed her on purpose. The girl suddenly fell to the ground.

"Nananadya ka ah! Nag-sorry na ako sayo!"

"You just called me pangit, and I am not! You are the one who's mapangit, you wear eyeglasses and you even have braces! You are a nerd! Nerd!" Matteo continued to mock and annoy her until the girl stood up and pushed him too. She thought she had enough, she was kind, but she didn't like the idea of someone bullying her. She believes she's a strong girl, so she fights anyone who makes fun of her.

"Ouch!" Gian said, this time, he was really hurt. He checked his palms and saw that it became reddish in an instant. There were even scratches on it. He looked at his leg only to see a purple spot, she gave him a bruise.

"Aww. It hurts." Gian said as he cried. He can't believe that this young girl, who is way much smaller than him, can push and hurt him like this and can even give him a bruise on his leg and scratches on his palms.

"Ah, iyakin! Iyakin! Iyakin ka pala eh!" The girl was now the one mocking and laughing at him endlessly.

Gian was really annoyed, he stopped crying and said,

"You're going to pay for this! I will tell my mom and dad about this and I will make sure that you'll be punished, nerd!" He said as he walked away.

"Lampang sumbungero!" The girl shouted, Gian turned around and gave her a stern look, then he continued on walking.

The girl felt guilty when she saw how the boy she pushed walked uneasily. She thought maybe she pushed him really hard.

"Asher, ang sama mo. Pero buti na yun sa kanya, mahilig mangutya, pero lampa naman din pala." She said to herself, laughing as she headed home, it was already getting dark.

...

"Mom! Dad!" Gian shouted as he looked for his parents inside their house. He just got home. His legs and palms were still hurting from his fall earlier at the park.

"Gian, what happened to your hands? And your leg? Why do you have a bruise?" His father said as soon as he came out of their room and found Gian crying.

"Dad, aw. It-it hurts." Gian cried out loud when his father touched his bruise on his right leg.

"Ma! Look at your son!" His father shouted at the kitchen, his mom was busy cooking their dinner.

"Oh God, Gianmatteo! What happened to you?" His mother said. She closely looked at her son's palms, there were scratches and even blood coming out of his skin.

"Where have you been, anak? Bakit andami mong sugat?"

"I met a girl at the park. She pushed me and I fell to the ground. Mom, it hurts. Please punish her." Gian pleadingly said to his mom. He definitely wants to give revenge to the girl who pushed him earlier.
