Khloe Wants To Act Pt1

"We need to do this again some time before I have to head back home." I smiled nodding as Luke opened the door of the cafe we had just had lunch at. "Yeah we should." 

I started walking along the sidewalk when he asked "Is your car near here." "Oh DASH is just around the corner and I promised Khloe and Kourtney I would help them today." He nodded saying "Cool". 

There was an awkward silence and he blatantly said "Do you like me? Am I seriously wasting my time but got lucky this time because I asked the type of girl who won't say no to an awkward date." I chuckled a bit shocked at his long outburst. 

I finally stopped walking and looked at him saying "I like you. I like you a lot I just don't know you. And like you said you're leaving soon." He sighed rubbing his face as I continued.

"I just don't think that a long term relationship with someone who I just met is something that I am looking for right now." I finally caught my breath when I had finished talking and he nodded with a sweet naive smile.

"Well what if we got to know each other. We don't have to start anything right now." I watched him confused and he grabbed my arm softly and motioned for us to sit on the bench next to us.

I sat down as he continued "We stay friends. We get to know each other. I have a job lined up for me in about a month or so and I'll have to get an apartment here because it is a long term thing. What if then we could try this."

I sighed rubbing the back of my neck as I thought for a minute. Being friends with him and knowing it might go somewhere is way better than watching as Karter and Zoe became way more obsessed with each other."

"I guess that might work." He held out his hand and asked "So we have a deal?" I chuckled giving in as I took his hand and shook it gently "You have yourself a deal."

He smiled and stood up before walking toward his car but still faced me. "You won't regret it." He shouted as he finally turned and ran toward his car. "Let's hope not". I whispered to myself as I stood up and walked to DASH.

"Wait so you really wanna try acting classes?" I heard Kourtney ask Asmara her and Khlo we're  sorting through one of the high racks. "It would be fun. You don't I'd be a good actress as dramatic as I am?"

"I don't think that's all you need to be a good actress Khlo." The two of them turned to look at me and Khloe just playfully flared at me for my previous statement.

"I think you would be so good we just haven't heard you talk about it before". Kourtney said. "Don't you think she should try it?" Kourt turned to me and I nodded setting my purse on the counter.

"I think you'd Ben so good at it" and I smiled as I started picking out some of our new stuff for the display for tomorrow. "Let me show you something. Give me your hand". Kourt said as she pulled Khloe into the middle of the store.

"What? For acting?" Khloe asked confused. Kourtney chuckled saying "Yeah for acting lessons." But they just began to wrestle as Kourt yanked Khloe to the ground. "Ow your love bracelet really hurts."

I chuckled at them but just began to think about everything between Luke Karter and Zoe. Why was I so obsessed with those two. Luke's a really great guy. "Penny for your thoughts Kat?"

My head shot up hearing Kourt right next to me. "Is it about this Luke guy? Do we need to kick his ass?" I chuckled and shook my head. "No he's great it's just-." 

I stopped myself from saying anything so Khlo cut in saying "Is it about this mystery human who you won't tell us anything about?" I just shook my head in defeat.

I wanna tell my sister about Karter but not exactly all the details. It's just that I don't even know what I feel and I've never really had this problem before with the whole. I don't know it just might take me a little while longer to finally say something out loud to my family.
