Capture than Escape

We won't be in Yuriko's Pov for a bit to see what's going on in UA and in the public.

Izuku Pov

I woke up in the hospital, the last thing I remember was talking to Todoroki, after that I can't remember anything.

???: "Oh, your awake, I will get the doctor."

I looked to my left and saw a nurse leaving, what happened to me? I went to grab my head in confusion, but I couldn't. I was confused so I looked down at my right arm only to find, it wasn't there.

???: "Oh, I see you noticed."

I looked up to see a doctor entering the room.

Doctor: "When you were brought here your arm was missing, and from what the heroes said it was blown to bits, so we couldn't reattach it."

I don't know how I didn't remember that happening but, I am missing my arm?

Doctor: "Oh right, you have visitors by the way."

He left the room after that and in came mom and All Might.

Inko: "Izuku! Are you okay?! Oh god what happened to you?!"

I could see the shock on All Mights face as he saw what happened to my arm.

Izuku: "I'm fine mom."

Inko: "No you're not! You are missing an arm!"

Izuku: "I could get a prosthetic, don't worry."

Inko: "That's not the problem! Don't you see how dangerous it is out there?! You aren't even done with your first year and you already got one of your limbs cut off!"

Izuku: "But, I had to help my friend!"

Inko: "Help him?! He died!"

Izuku: "W-what?"

I looked at All Might as I heard that, he looked away from me showing sadness. Wait, Todoroki didn't die, did he?

Izuku: "N-no he didn't die, right?"

Toshinori: "I'm sorry young Midoriya."

I couldn't believe what I heard, he died? How? How could I not save him? I couldn't even save my friend.

Toshinori: "Don't worry young Midoriya, the villain was so fast not even Endeavor was able to stop him, in fact, he almost died as well, but Gran Torino took his place."

Izuku: "Wait, Gran Torino too?!"

I couldn't believe it, him too. He was the one who helped me make full cowling, and he is gone now.

Doctor: "Sorry, but visiting time is almost over."

Inko: "I understand."

They left the room, but I was still in shock about what happened, they died, and I couldn't save them.

Third Person

Izuku was soon discharged from the hospital, Inko was extremely close to taking him out of UA. He got back to UA while a prosthetic was being worked on for him by the support course, everyone knew about Todoroki's death, and that got some students to leave realizing they could also die, apparently, they were weak willed.

The public found out about the death of the number two hero's son UA and Endeavor got a huge amount of public backlash, people saw how powerful he was at the UA sports festival, and he was killed easily. But there was mostly fear for the person who was able to speed blitz past Endeavor, no one knew who he was, but due to his speed people started to call him Accelerator.
