"Hey Ranboo thanks for waiting so long for me"
The goat said while sitting across from the doal colored teen. The enderman jumped slightly before looking at Tubbo. The taller teen's half back half white face grinned, his heterochromic eyes lit up the left eye a deep emerald green and other the color of a freshly polished ruby. The taller teen tilted his head slightly before responding.
"Oh it was no problem the sunset is pretty,"
The smaller felt a small weight lift from his chest releasing he was suddenly afraid Ranboo would be mad at him. The goat started to rant. He went on and on about how his day had gone and how tired he was of being president. He paused and realized the enderman had been quite while he talked he spoke softer now concern filling his voice,
"Hey Ranboo, Bossman, you good?"
Ranboo looked up and respond quickly smiling slightly his voice lifting showing no apparent sadness,
"Yeah everythings fine, why do you ask?"
"You just being quite a bossman just wanted to make sure everything was okay in Ranboo's world."
"Yeah everythings fine I was just listening to you I didn't want to interrupt."
"Okay that's good to know, just know that you can always tell me what's wrong or if somethings bothering you."
Tubbo thought after responding so then I can solve that problem and get rid of whoever is bothering him. The taller teen looked down and grinned at the smaller as he thought about the voices and panic room and what the voices said he did. He pushed away the thought of telling the young president afraid of what the teen might think of him then. He grinned as he respond,
"I'll be sure to do that."
"Glad to hear it, Bossman."
Tubbo said satisfied with the enderman's response. The two turned away from each other and watched the sunset till the glowing sphere we call the sun completely vanished over the horizon. The lovely light show of the falling star left the two in a comfortable silence just enjoying each other presens and the setting that had fallen around them. Tubbo was the first to stand up. The enderman following in presuit they said their goodbyes and agreed to meet here again tomorrow then the two went their separate ways. Tubbo entered his quiet house doing his nightly routine then fell asleep. His brain finally decided to give the goat a nice dream.
He and ranboo walked down the nether path Tubbo explaining the history of the fiery depths and the paths through them when suddenly something caught the duo's eyes. In the distance they could see a small piglen hopelessly grasping onto the chicken that it was sitting atop of. The small piglen looked lonely and sad; cuts and bruises covering the poor thing. The duo looked at each other before approaching the small one. They stared down at the abandoned little one before Tubbo broke the uneasy silence that had settled over the two.
"RAaANnBOoOo, can we keep him."
Tubbo spoke while grabbing onto the enderman's sleeve a pleading look filled the goat's face and eyes. The enderman looked at the pleading gremlin now attached to his arm and sighed, knowing that if he said no the goat would never stop talking about the piglen. The taller had to admit to himself that the small piglen child was very cute and his empathy already taking the enderman over.
"Yesss"
The enderman spoke, dragging the "s". Tubbo went over to the small child approaching him slowly. The small piglen suddenly afraid flinched away from the goat. The small ones actions remind the scared one of himself so long ago. He snapped back needing to focus on the task at hand. He tried to then recall how Phil approached him but the circumstance was very different. He sighed and tried to talk to the small one slowly getting closer. The goat's tone was soft and slow. The piglen didn't understand a word the older said but heard the tone of his voice was not harsh and he had not yet tried to hit him. Once Tubbo was close enough to the small child he put his hand out a clear sign to take it. The piglen hesitated but ended up taking the hand. Tubbo pulled him closer and slowly lifted him in the air hugging the piglen close to him, the piglen grasping on just as tightly if not tighter. He then walked back to Ranboo, a name for the small child already forming in his mind. The goat then pried the piglen off him and handed him to the taller. The taller then took the child without hesitation and fell in love with the scared child in his hands. Tubbo spoke over the crackling flames that filled the air around them.
"I dub thee MICHAEL"
Ranboo looked down at the smiling goat with a smile in his voice.
"Okay well then Michael lets go."
The three then walked off into the distance eventually having to drop off the child, the nether being too dangerous for them to take Michael through, afraid of what might happen to him. The two dug a hole then sealed it off promising the small child now residing a spurs boat that they would return soon.
Then Tubbo woke up.
