As soon as Nancy stopped the car, Robin and Frankie practically jumped out, leaving the driver behind to lock the door.
'I swear to God if anyone's bleeding, broken or on fire...' Frankie mumbled angrily as she jogged through her old highschool's hallways.
As she rounded a corner, she bumped at full speed into somebody's chest.
'Steve! What the absolute hell-'
'You can scold me later. Something happened.' Frankie's heart dropped to her stomach as Steve grabbed her hand and pulled her towards where Max and Dustin were, the redhead shaking as she pointed her flashlight at an empty wall.
'Max' Frankie, exclaimed, putting her hand on the visibly shaking teenager. 'What happened?'
Max gulped, not daring to look away from the wall. 'I was at the desk, looking through the files. Then I hard something outside so I went to investigate. And I saw a grandfather clock. Right there.'
Steve, Nancy and Dustin did the same, four flashlights illuminating the space.
'It was here. Right here.' Max spoke, on the verge of tears.
'A grandfather clock.' Nancy asked for confirmation.
Max nodded. 'It was so real.' Max continued telling the story. 'And then as I got closer, I just, I woke up. I was back at the desk, Steve and Dustin yelling my name.'
'It was like she was in a trance or something.' Dustin added. 'Exactly what Eddie said happened to Chrissy.'
Frankie's breathing hitched as she put the pieces together. Max then turned away from the wall and faced the group.
'That's not even the bad part.'

'Fred and Chrissy, they both came to Miss Kelley for help.' Max had led the group into said woman's office. Robin was sat down, Fred and Chrissy's files on the desk in front of her, Frankie leaning on the back of the same chair, reading the same files.
'Uh, they both were having headaches. Bad headaches that just wouldn't go away.' Nancy's eyes jumped to Frankie's for a second, who tensed up as she heard Max's words.
'And then...and the nightmares, trouble sleeping,' Frankie relaxed slightly as Max pointed out more things, things Frankie had not experienced since she had came back in Hawkins.
'They'd wake up in cold sweat, then they started seeing things. Bad things.' Max was staring off into the distance, causing Frankie to frown and wonder what images were playing in her head. 'From the past. These visions, they just kept on getting worse and worse until eventually...everything ended.' Max finished, her eyes glossed over as she looked at the group.
'Vecna's curse.' Robin spoke up, looking up at the redhead.
'Chrissy's headaches started a week ago, Fred's six days ago. I've been having them for five days.' Frankie inhaled deeply, dread creeping up her spine.
