caregivers can be any age, gender and relationship to you, as long as they make you feel safe and comfortable in your headspace. below, i've listed some names that are typically masculine, feminine and gender-neutral in case you were looking for examples.

of course, this list isn't exhaustive, and just because a title is in a specific category that doesn't mean you can't use it. for instance, one of my friends has a cg who he calls papa even though she's a girl, so it could really be anything.

as well as this, it can be good to come up with your own examples based on things that remind you of them/things they like. for instance, a noun  can be a title if your cg really likes that thing, or i call one of my friends (but not my cg) 'panda' because they have a cute nose that reminds me of a panda.
