"Really? Hmm, smells fishy."

I still remembered the last words that Lisa said before I left at their house. It's been a week since dad told me about his condition just to give me the Lot that I wanted. He's not meddling in my personal life before, so what happened now? Well, you can't called it a meddle by saying to you that he wants you to introduce a fiancee to them but I have a strong feeling that he's going to pry in my private life. And Lisa's words makes that strong feeling to increase. I know that I can still find another Lot like my sister told me but it's not as perfect as dad's bought.

"So, what's your plan?" Jerry asked that makes my senses back into reality.

"I don't know, yet" I answered.

I told him about dad's condition. He's my best friend and Lisa's husband so I know that he can help me about my situation. I contacted him to at least asked him a better solution for dad's condition and also an advice.

"Bro! that's not a problem. Dad only told you that he wants you to introduce a fiancée, right? Then hire a woman to pretend as your fiancée" he suggested.

"Yeah right, as if I can do that!" I replied sarcastically.

"Why not?!"

"Let's say dad believe on that and gave me what I wanted. How about mom? Don't you considered her? And don't you remembered her big mouth can do? I'm sure she's going to spread that news to her amigas and to the press that her son is getting married."

"Haha! I'm almost forgot." he laughed.

"And not just that, bro. She's also going to prepare the wedding as soon as possible." I stated matter-of-factly.

"Then dad's condition is not the problem here, men. It's mom herself. Anyway, it's good that you called first, bro. I was planning to call you because Lisa wants to invite you on their trip."

"Where?" I curiously asked.

Its new that she's going on a trip. As far as I remembered she's just a homebody. You can't force her to come with you in a far places especially travelling in other country. She loves shopping, so if you're going to look for her, its either she's in the house or in malls. I don't even know how Jerry fall in love with my weird sister. And why am I so curious? Because Jerry is a person who didn't believed in LOVE. True LOVE, great LOVE, LOVE at first sight or any kinds of f*cking LOVE. And if you're asking about me? Of course, I do believed in the power of LOVE wow because I already experienced it once, but I don't believe in... A happy endings. They just have a good fortune to found their perfect match for the rest of their life. Anyway, how come I get involved with these?

"New York."

"I'm glad you agreed on my invitation rather Hershel's invitation." Lisa murmured.

"Of course. How can I missed my niece request?"

We're already in the plane to fly for a trip to New York. I don't really have a planned to join but my niece insisted that I need to come with them. She even personally came over to my office together with her mother and gave me her most adorable smiled that I can't resist just to make me agreed on this trip. Besides it's only one week short vacation and I think I need this to freshen up my minds to think straight and come up with a better way solution for my father's condition. I can hire a woman to pretend as my fiancée like jerry suggested but he's also right that the problem is mom herself. And believe it or not, I can't handle her if ever she spread it to the press. Before I knew where we are, I already fell asleep.
