(Timeskip, Current Age, 13)

Third Person P.O.V

At the Golden Oak Library Spike was getting more worried as Twilight up in her room, devastated. He too was upset, because all of them except for Twilight, switch Cutie Marks, because of the spell she cast.

He looks around the picture frames they had, and his gaze stops on a particular Alicorn. 

It was a picture from (Y/N)'s coronation. In the picture Twilight and Spike was in between (Y/N), who was smiling bashfully in the picture, while he and Twilight have huge grins on their faces.

His eyes lights up, as he quickly went to get a scroll, and a quill and started writing, once he is finished, he simply sends it her, with his dragon fire.

Meanwhile at the Crystal Empire, (Y/N) was in her room, by the window, has stacks of books right in front of her, (O/N) beside her, and she was peacefully reading a book.

Suddenly a scroll appeared right in front of her, she smiles as she sets her book down, and lifts the scroll with her magic, so that she can read it.

She starts to read it aloud.

(Y/N):

"Dear, (Y/N)

I'm sorry, but, I wouldn't be writing like this to you in such a short notice. It's just that Twilight needs your help. She thinks it's her fault that her friends are different now, she hasn't come out of her room yet. 

I tried to go in, but she hasn't let me inside yet. You don't have to come here, you can write a letter to her, she will definitely read it. if she knows it's from you. She will definitely listen to you.

Yours truly, Spike"

(Y/N) finishes reading the letter, and immediately goes to her desk, to start writing a letter to Twilight.

She finishes her letter, as she drops her quill she got from (O/N). She rolls it, and gives it to (O/N), as she also opens her window.

(Y/N): Make sure to give that to Twilight, okay?

(O/N) gives a hoot and a nod to her, as he flies off. 

(Y/N): Be safe.

She mumbles quietly, before she goes back to reading.

Back in Ponyville, at the Golden Oak Library, Twilight was still on her bed, looking at her window seeing the rain pour outside.

She sighs quietly, while closing her eyes. That is until she heard, a quiet hoot just in front of her.

She opens her eyes to see a certain snow owl just outside of her window, with a scroll in his claw. She goes to open her window, and let him get inside.
