A/N UPDATE: Sorry for not updating the story for this long. I was watching Stranger Things, and got obsessed. But here ya go.
Colby's pov
As soon as I got to the hospital, I went out of my car, and I walked up to Sam's room.
I saw that Sam wasn't in his room.
"Sammy, where are you?!" I yelled out from his room.
I couldn't find him, so I went out of the room, and went to find a nurse.
I found a nurse standing by the reception.
"Hey, can I help you?" A nurse asked looking at me with puppy eyes.
"Y-yes, I- I can't find my boyfriend" I said looking back at her brimming a tear.
"Hey. Don't worry. What is his name sir?" She said as she patted my shoulders.
"His name is Sam Golbach" I said as I couldn't tearing up.
"Okay let me look at my computer" she said as I walked back and forth.
"Thanks" I said looking down nervous.
"So, news is that someone, came and got the papers signed. So he got out" she said as I kept crying.
"Wait- Do you know where he went?" I asked.
"No, the only thing we know is that he isn't in the hospital anymore" she said making me fall to my knees.
"Please say you're lying" I said crying into my hands,
"I'm not. I can ask around if you'd like?" She said give me a hand, to stand up.
"Y-yes please" i sniffled.
We started walking from the reception.
