"Poppy playtime..." Was all I could say, as I splashed more cold water onto my face.

Playtime CO.

The name had now stuck with me. As well as that dumb little song that comes along with that stupid ad of the little Poppy girl. 'CaN YoU HeLp mE ShiNe mY ShoEs?' No, I won't Poppy. Fuck off.

The times I was at the place was appalling. It was eerie, it was bad, it was horrible. Every negative thing you could imagine and say, was just that.

Nothing about it was good except my friends I had over there.

Disappeared years ago.

Trauma I won't forget.

Even the neon colors on the walls made me gag and cringe. Mad.

But, I didn't worry too much.

Turning off the tap, I wiped off my face with my slick new white towel, cool yeah?

And I took my f/f popcorn, microwaved it, and sat down on the couch, sighing.

Charlie then jumped onto my lap.

Yeah, Charlie's a bunny. Yes, I do have a bunny.

(And if you don't, I'm sorry, I do add different or no pets to my stories whenever I do a reader story, just for variation. And cause animals are cute.)

I gently put his soft fur, popping a few pops of corn into my mouth. I reached for the remote which was next to me and switched the tv on.

Channel, through channel, I skipped. Fiddling with more popcorn in my hand, I threw those into my mouth as well, trying to act like a professional movie theatre.

I asked Charlie, "Heya, Charlie. Can you switch the lights off?" I motioned towards the light switch with my head, as Charlie immediately leaped off of my lap, jumping onto the switch perfectly in balance while using his weight to turn it down slowly.

The light dimmed, then went completely dark, and the ambiance rose. Luckily, the tv was still on.

"Niceee" Popping more popcorn into my mouth hole, I nodded, agreeing this was the perfect movie night.

Charlie hopped back onto my lap, turning back into his cute little ball of fluff he always was when he was relaxed.

Yup, this was the life.

thud

Thud

thud, CRASH!

"Woah, wait hold on, what was that??" I quickly turned the volume on the tv, as Charlie hid his face behind his huge fluffy ears.

"Hold on here, Charlie.." I slowly got up, trembling.

Yeah, for me to act as if I was brave, I really wasn't brave. Like, not at all.

And for a situation like this to happen, in the dark, at night, alone, well not counting Charlie but, it was, really--scary..

I continued trembling in my fuzzy socks as I drunkenly approached the doorway leading into the kitchen, peeking inside, expecting, hoping for a plate to be crashed down onto the floor.

But, no, that was not at all what I had seen.

The window was smashed open, muddy footprints were left all around the kitchen, and the door lock twisted and turned until it wore out.

I looked in horror, as I didn't even know who tf had done this! That was the scariest part for me-

I quickly grabbed a vase that was next to my tv, holding it up in the air, trying to act more defensive.

My pupils then dilated, and my whole body went blood-cold.

I felt a paper-cloth bag wrapped around my head, causing me to nearly trip. I yelled and screamed, which just got muffled by the bag.

2 large hands grasped over my neck, choking me, causing me to lose air before I got knocked out by a large wooden object that flew over my head, supposedly by another attacker. Everything else went fuzzy, feeling the world around me, I dropped down to the floor.

(Yeah, 611 words. Wow, was this action-packed--don't worry, the next one will have actual gameplay. This was just the intro on how you got to Playtime CO. in the first place.)
