"...and then, he just disappeared."

After the mysterious incident in the merchants' quarter, Bibi went straight to the palace to report to the king. She knew immediately that the stranger didn't belong in this world. He's an intruder whose past has remained hidden from her.

Trembling, she watches as Agust D stands in front of his throne, his back turned to her. He takes a deep breath, causing his broad shoulders to heave. The tension in his chest is clearly noticeable; his hands have formed into fists. Although Bibi can't see his face, his body language tells her that he's afraid. And he's not the only one.

"Does that mean you couldn't find out anything about his past?"

His deep voice is enough to trigger goosebumps on Bibi's skin that spread unstoppably.

"Nothing at all. In trying to look into his past, I was hurt."

After these words, the ruler of the nameless world turns to her, and if she's not mistaken, there's even a glimmer of concern in his eyes.

"Show me!"

Quickly, he takes a step towards her taking her hands. Looking at the wounds that have marred her tender skin, he shakes his head in disgust.

"Did he do this to you?"

This time, anger took over his vocal tone; menacing, powerful, frightening.

"No, I think it was my own fault."

He carefully releases her hands while looking at her with a piercing gaze, searching for answers.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't think I have the power to look into his past because he doesn't belong in this world. Do you understand what I'm trying to tell you?"

Bewilderment dominates his facial expression.

"Then how did he get here? And what does Taehyung have to do with it? How is that even possible? Something like this never happened before..."

"I don't know...I have no explanation."

"We have to keep an eye on him. What if he wants to hurt Taehyung?"

For a brief moment, Bibi thinks of it. Does this stranger have evil intentions? In fact, she's afraid of this young man. But not because he looks scary. No, she's afraid because she felt powerless against him. She had already forgotten what pain means, but the intruder reminded her.

"To be honest, he and Taehyung made a very trusting impression on me."

"Oh...wonderful..." the king says with an ironic undertone.

"Taehyung even called him by his name...Jungkook."

Agust D clicks his tongue, rolling his eyes in annoyance.

"Taehyung's aware of breaking a rule by doing that. It disappoints me. Did he see you?"

"No, he didn't."

"But this Jungkook did...that's bad."

"Um..."

Completely upset, he doesn't even notice Bibi's weak voice at first.

"That makes it more difficult to watch the two of them. I want to know their connection. Who's this Jungkook, and what is he looking for in this world?

"Agust, I-"

"But if he saw you, they'll be cautious."

"Please, listen to me."

Her voice finally reaches him.
